Nice and quiet location

Nice and quiet location in a perfect surrounding. Close to next town Viśnjan and not far to Mediterranean Sea. Lots of good restaurants around the place.

Wir wurden vor der Fahrt und wƤhrend des Aufenthaltes von unserem Gastgeber immer informiert und hatten dementsprechend einen Ansprechpartner. Es folgte eine Woche Urlaub zu Viert in dem sehr gepflegten Haus. Die Aussicht ist sehr schƶn, da das Haus hƶher gelegen ist. Zum Meer und den KĆ¼stenstƤdten ist man je nach Ziel zwischen 25 und 45 Autominuten entfernt (Schnelllade-Wallboxen fĆ¼r E-Autos gibt es ab 8km Entfernung). Wir haben den Kurztrip sehr genossen, der Pool und die dazugehƶrigen Mƶbel hatten einen grossen Anteil daran. SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten waren fĆ¼r uns jetzt nicht so viele in der Umgebung zu finden, aber fĆ¼r Wanderungen, StƤdtetouren und Baden im Meer ist es ein toller Ort! In 2km Entfernung fanden wir ein tolles Restaurant, welches man besuchen sollte (Konoba Bacva). Alles in Allem ein sehr gelunger Urlaub, vielen Dank an die Ferienhaus-Besitzer, wir kƶnnen sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr kurzfristig gebucht, da uns eine andere Ferienunterkunft einen Tag vor Anreise storniert hat. Die Kommunikation lief ab der Buchung sofort sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin hat sich mehrfach per WhatsApp nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Haus liegt in einem schƶnen kleinen Ɩrtchen umgeben von anderen FerienhƤusern, 15 min von Porec entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der groƟe Pool und die Ć¼berdachte Terrasse

Perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus

Dieses schƶne und ruhige gelegene Haus eignet sich perfekt fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist schƶn gerƤumig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Sehr schƶnes Haus in schƶner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Woche in der Vila Annabelle. Wir machten AusflĆ¼ge nach Motovun, Rovijn und Porec. Die Beschreibung traf voll zu. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Vielen Dank. Wir kƶnnen das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schƶne Zeit

Wir als Familie haben den Aufenthalt bei Sabina sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr schƶne Zimmer, jedes mit eigenen Bad. War sehr von Vorteil mit jungen LeutenšŸ˜€ Der Pool war groƟ und mit ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet. Wir hatten jederzeit Kontakt mit Sabina, wenn wir wollten. Ausstattung der KĆ¼che war ausreichend, obwohl wir sie nur zum FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck gebraucht haben. Wir kƶnnen das Haus sehr empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Danke fĆ¼r die schƶne Woche

3 Wochen URLAUB

Wir hatten zu 4. einen wunderschƶnen Aufenthalt in dem toll eingerichtete Haus, unsere Gastgeber waren sehr Nett und haben sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekĆ¼mmert. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und erfĆ¼llt alle WĆ¼nsche. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung treffen voll zu und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden es gerne im Auge behalten und mal wieder Buchen.

Schƶne Unterkunft mit MƤngeln

Aus dem Abfluss des einen Badezimmers kommt starker Gestank welcher das 3 Bett Zimmer fast nicht bewohnbar macht. Gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden aber aufgrund eines fehlenden Rostes nicht benutzbar, in der Ecke steht dafĆ¼r ein durchgerosteter und ungepflegter Grill welcher verwendet werden soll. Auf der Terasse fehlt ein Boden-Spot, was es fĆ¼r kleine Kinder sehr gefƤhrlich macht, da dort ein offenes Loch im Boden ist. Die Waschmaschine springt wƤhrend des Waschens immer wieder auf 60 Grad, somit war es uns zu gefƤhrlich zu waschen nicht das die Klamotten danach kaputt sind. Zu Krƶnung waren wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten an der StraƟe somit hatten wir von frĆ¼h bis spƤt BaulƤrm.

Wunderbarer Ort der Entspannung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung: Zimmer, Garten, Pool. Wir wurden mit Obst und GetrƤnken empfangen, alles war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge und fĆ¼r Familien aber auch Paare gut geeignet.

Wir danken euch fĆ¼r den wunderschƶnen Aufenthalt bei euch im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was man allerdings sagen muss, dass das Haus hauptsƤchlich fĆ¼r die wƤrmeren Jahreszeiten ausgelegt ist. Aber Heizung und Kamin haben uns wunderbar eingeheitzt. Gefroren haben wir auch bei 4 Grad AuƟentemperatur nicht. Wie beschrieben sieht man das Meer wunderbar. Wir hatten echt tolle SonnenuntergƤnge auf der Terrasse beobachten dĆ¼rfen. Sabina hat sich sehr oft gemeldet ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an euch. We thank you for the wonderful stay with you in the cottage. The house is wonderfully quiet and we have lacked nothing. What must be said, however, that the house is mainly designed for the warmer seasons. But heating and fireplace have heated us wonderfully. We did not freeze even at 4 degrees outside temperature. As described, you can see the sea wonderfully. We had really great sunsets on the terrace to watch. Sabina has reported very often whether everything is in order. We did not want to leave. Many thanks to you.

Eine herrliche Unterkunft in einer wunderschƶnen Umgebung

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 1. bis zum 13.10.2022 in diesem wunderschƶnen Haus. Es befindet sich in Barat, einer Siedlung 2km abseits der Ortschaft Visnjan, umgeben von Olivenbaum Feldern, freier Natur und absolut Ruhig. Da es etwas hƶher gelegen ist, kann man herrlich weit schauen und sogar das Meer sehen. Traumhaft. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigene Bad, das Wohn und Esszimmer mit angeschlossener KĆ¼che bieten viel Platz. Die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum verweilen ein. Wir hatten super Wetter mit 20Ā°C und fast nur Sonne, die es Wir Sommerurlaub erleben lieƟ. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und standen fĆ¼r Fragen zur VerfĆ¼gung. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und kĆ¼hlen GetrƤnken empfangen, alles wurde uns gezeigt und erklƤrt. Die KĆ¼che bietet alles was man benƶtigt und auch insgesamt ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man benƶtigt. Wir sagen vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und hoffen, hier zum einem spƤteren Zeitpunkt erneut die Chance zu bekommen, unseren Urlaub genieƟen zu kƶnnen. Wir kƶnnen es jedem mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr guter Support! Schƶnes Haus! Gerne wieder. 2 VerbesserungsvorschlƤge: 1. Equipment in der KĆ¼che kƶnnte vergrĆ¶ĆŸert werden. HƤufig fehlen Utensilien zum Kochen. 2. es sollten unbedingt Moskito Schutzabdeckungen an den Fenstern angebracht werden! Tolle BƤder im Haus. Sehr gute Liegen und Balkonmƶbel Ausstattung . Top!

Wunderschƶnes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus von Sabina und ihrer Familie ist wunderschƶn und ganz genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. FĆ¼r uns hatte sie einen wundervollen Obstteller und GetrƤnke bereit gestellt. Das ganze Haus ist klimatisiert und steht auf einem abschlieƟbaren ruhig gelegenen GrundstĆ¼ck. Zum Meer sind es ca.12km, trotzdem kann man von der Terrasse aus den Sonnenuntergang im Meer genieƟen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist vollstƤndig, von GewĆ¼rzen, SpĆ¼lmittel Ć¼ber Waschmaschine, Waschpulver war alles da. Sogar Utensilien gegen StechmĆ¼cken. Das hatte es sehr viele.
