Room was clean, pillows & bed were comfortable. The heater/fan unit didn't work well. The fan setting did not work so it didn't blow to circulate like it should. It sounded like it was that way in most of the rooms & they should be replaced. We were disappointed to hear that the hot tub was out of service for the last 3 years, it would've been nice to use after being at the ski hill all day. The staff were all polite.

ALWAYS stay here while in Virginia. Highly recommend this location. Clean. Nice rooms. Vending machines with multiple options for beverages beyond just soda. Near all of the local downtown shops. Food nearby including dine-in, fast food, grocery, and convenient store. Target is also close by. Staff is always friendly. Price reasonable.

It was an older motel, but really cool! The pool was big. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and in a really nice old room/bar. Parking was easy. Two things that were wrong: the hot tub wasn’t working and one of the elevators was broken. It didn’t affect us on our stay at all.
