Upon arrival the property looks to have been in a fire or something.the staff was extremely nice..the clerk stated she was putting me in a renovated room..the room door looked like it had been kicked it before..the room had a strong cigarette smell to it.

This place needs some remodeling on the outside. My room was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes. The pool was clean but also needs some updating. The best part is the location.

The front desk Ladies here makes the stay amazing. They are extremely friendly, eager to assist, and assertive in a very professional way. I appreciate them very much for being so kind to me. They ALL deserve a raise, you want to keep Professionals like them around as long as possible!

Nah this isn't it

The hotel and rooms are in rough shape. I saw a lone roach on the wall as I was leaving. Common areas had lots of chipped and worn paint, and the clientele felt sketchy. My room had no towels, washcloths, or flat undersheet, just a thin, rough blanket with a flat sheet on top of the blanket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything in the room worked. Being unfamiliar with this particular brand, I expected something like a Days Inn, but it's like a step below Econo Lodge or Motel 6. I’m glad I only stayed 1 night.

For what I paid for one night, it was so not worth it. I definitely felt like it was a trap house. There wasn't any batteries in the smoke alarm, bed was hard. Holes in the walls, tv didn't even work, at least the pool was nice lol

Could be more peaceful at bed time hours

Well I liked the room and the pool and the customer service but too much crazy stuff happening through the night outside the hotel with other people staying at the same hotel a lot of noise and people staying there or not staying the up at all hours of the night but I liked the receptionists they gave smiles and didn’t give an issue about me asking for an hour extension to check my room but the hotel has too much traffic and drama not in involving the employees that have to deal with it

If you are a traveler I suggest not to stay here. Most of the people are staying here are residence. The room smelled like someone had done some hard drugs and they tried to cover the smell with massive amounts of air freshener. The sheets and towels had stains and cigarette holes. You can hear the footsteps of the room above you. It is located in an unsafe part of town. My cab driver told me not to stay there. Good things are staff is friendly and they try to clean the room best they can given the old towels and sheets.

We check in. Lady very friendly. We got a room smelling like weed . There no smoke in the rooms . I went to the office got a new room but all way to the back . Where trash cans are. Half the building was under repair. Stayed there for 2 nights . Never got costumer service or new towels nothing . Pool looked sad no one was swimming. People smoking weed. This place is not for family. Unsafe !! Not staying ever again !
