"Pros: Villa accogliente e ben curata, perfettamente inserita nel contesto di Chia.
Nessun eccesso, ma un ottimo livello comfort e qualitĂ che rende il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piscina, contenuta ma ben inserita nel contesto, lâidromassaggio, il barbecue e le ottime dotazioni della cucina completano unâatmosfera davvero gradevole.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge piĂč belle della zona e per fare la spesa al market o alle bancarelle locali. Proprietario davvero professionale,...

"Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it.
And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc.
