Bon séjour, mais des améliorations à apporter

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel El Nogal... même si la cuisine y est moyenne (pas très relevée donc pas beaucoup de goût). A déplorer aussi, la machine distributrice de jus de fruits, au goût chimique. Cette machine est à bannir au profit de vraies bouteilles de jus de fruit. Il en va de même pour les (mini-)croissants décongelés, à remplacer par des croissants frais ou par pas de croissants du tout. Piscine intérieure chauffé et spa très agréables, même si la mise en marche du sauna n'est pas indiquée.

for quite some money you get old and worn room with two small towels, "spa" that closes at 20:00 which is just a pool and small sauna-box, very poor but crowded breakfast where they constantly running out of stuff but don't refill on time, so it is always half empty and at the end your breakfast is a toast with instant coffee. yes, surrounding is nice and hotel has some atmosphere, but it's insanely overpriced and by far not a spa. would it be of 40-45 eur per night it wound be a nice accommodation, but for the money they ask, definitely better to skip

Arrivés le 31/12 pour le réveillon, l’ambiance était sympathique et le repas à la hauteur. Surpris de la télévision allumée un peu avant minuit et de la distribution des sacs de raisin, nous avons mieux compris après leur tradition... Chambre Économique, petite et coquette, (avec fenêtre sur mur) mais sans importance pour nous car nous avons profité du cadre magnifique, de la piscine et du spa. La paella et la sangria sont aussi dignes des commentaires lus sur le site. Feliz ano 2020

Loved this hotel... Its a quiet distance from the main tourist areas but just off the main road leading from the tf1 to Teidi. Its an old 18th century property with very friendly staff. Great leisure facilities that look out towards Gomera and the mountains near Arona.

This property was really amazing. Excellent food. I enjoyed the self serve breakfast which is included. The room (39) was really lovely. Nice bathroom including bath and shower. Bath robes included. Lovely covered balcony. Deep, clean outdoor pool with good loungers and views. Fabulous indoor heated pool and two jacuzzis in fitting with the beautiful 18th century mansion. Well maintained. Excellent well mannered and friendly staff. Air conditioning unit was a little noisy and I think a snack menu for lunch could be a good addition instead of the full evening menu. An option to buy snacks and drinks for when having a pool day i/e crisps, drinks, ice-cream. Nothing major. Just something by reception. And I love nothing more than a cuppa first thing in the morning so either facilities in room or a machine in reception area would also be a nice addition. However these are just personal preferences of mine and I would still rate this hotel as excellent. Car required. Would stay again.

Buiten 1 man aan de receptie, was het personeel heel vriendelijk. Het hotel was mooi, met een mooie tuin. Het zwembad en jacuzzi waren verwarmd, dat was leuk. Het onbijt was lekker, het was alleen elke dag bijna hetzelfde. We hebben er 1x 's avonds gegeten, dat was heel lekker. De kamer was ronduit zielig. Een heel slechte matras, enkel een raam dat op de gang uitkwam, dus geen daglicht of frisse lucht, de douche was klein en ging altijd van warm naar koud. Er werd soms ook heel laat of heel vroeg door het personeel lawaai gemaakt, waardoor we wakker werden. Wij zouden er niet terug gaan.

Das Hotel ist ein ehemaliges Herrenhaus und ist dementsprechend spanisch alt eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir fanden dies sehr schön und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wer allerdings ein top modernes Hotel haben möchte, liegt hier falsch. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits: Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und es könnte besserer Kaffee angeboten werden.

Vänlig personal & bra läge!

Superhärligt och lugnt område, speciellt om man bilar! Busshållsplats finns också ca 5 min ifrån. Skönt att ha tillgång till pool o jacuzzi hela dagen, utan extra kostnad. Små missar vid städningen, men för övrigt var all personal väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga! Vi anlände sent, då hade de ställt in en kall middag i kylen till oss. Och eftersom vi åkte hem tidigt var det också väldigt uppskattat att få en ”frukostpåse” med juice, banan och macka. Frukosten för övrigt var bra. Hade eventuellt önskat mer frukt och grönt. Vi hade halvpension, middagen var super. Lite lurigare om man var vegetarian. Inte varje dag det fanns någon middag baserad på grönsaker, men jag klarade mig på sallader och på att käka flera ”starters”, vilka var goda och väldigt mättande.

Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Team und toller Lage. Unser Zimmer ohne Fenster (nur zu einem Innengang gab es Läden) war eher grenzwertig dunkel – und das Frühstück (Kaffee eher ungeniessbar aus einem grossen Mischmasch-Automaten, statt Saft Zuckerwasser) im Keller könnte man durchaus anders, ansprechender und freundlicher gestalten. Wir buchen kein Hotel mit schöner Lage und Blick über die Insel, um im Keller zu frühstücken...
