Struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata per essere al passo coi tempi, ma gestita in modo eccellente dal personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, ottima pulizia, colazione ricca ed abbondante. Un plauso a Simona e Carol dell'animazione che con simpatia, energia e tanta capacità hanno saputo allietare il nostro breve soggiorno coinvolgendo tutti gli ospiti dai piccolissimi fino agli adulti, passando per persone con disabilità. Davvero brave.

Siamo tornati per un secondo anno. In alcuni aspetti ci sono state delle innovazioni ma gli arredi sono datati. La pulizia e scrupolosa ,la reception precisa gentile e puntuale e l animazione discreta e gentile. La maggior pecca è la sala da pranzo con colazione adeguata con torte molto buone e molta scelta ,ma una faciloneria imbarazzante nell’ organizzazione con tovagliati in disordine e apparecchiature incomplete. Inoltre il servizio delle bevande calde è a sentimento e questo può essere risolto data la disponibilità del personale rivedendo le procedure. La collocazione è perfetta per il mare e il centro, piscina e spa adeguate

Questa struttura è in una posizione eccellente.. a due passi dal centro.. le ragazze della reception sono state molto cortesi..ma tutto il complesso è molto vecchio.. il nostro condizionatore non funzionava e abbiamo sofferto il caldo tutta la notte.. in bagno ho trovato un capello appena arrivata.. terribile.. siamo arrivati a fare colazione alle 9 e non c’era già più niente.. i succhi terrificanti e il mio cappuccino era caffè latte.. la schiuma inesistente... sicuramente non ci tornerò..

Voglio iniziare la recensione da ciò che ritengo positivo. Lo staff reception è stato cordiale ed accogliente. Disponibile, insomma esattamente come dovrebbe essere. L’hotel è a 5 min dal centro storico e 3-4 min dalla spiaggia di Pizzomunno (hanno una convenzione con il lido l’approdo 30€ per 2 lettini e un ombrellone in prima fila). Adesso iniziamo con la parte negativa. La prima sera tornando in hotel chiediamo dove saremmo dovute andare per la colazione la mattina seguente e ci viene indicata la sala ristorante. Nel mio cervello penso pure “ ma che cretina che sono, ovvio sta qua la sala ristorante che cavolo chiedi a fare?!” Ma ovviamente non era così. La mattina seguente entriamo, erano le 9.15/9.20 circa (la colazione dovrebbe terminare alle 10.30 da orario) non solo non c’era granché, ma dopo aver fatto i piatti, mentre stavamo per sederci, un cameriere di tutta simpatia ci dice “no! Qua voi non potete mettervi! È solo per la mezza pensione” e io “scusi?!” “Nono! Qua non potete stare dovete andare di là!!!” Io gli spiego che il suo collega della reception ci ha mandate lì ma lui non ne vuole sapere (io vorrei sapere del cibo che era nei nostri piatti invece che ne è stato!!!!). Quindi malamente cacciate da questa sala ristorante andiamo a fare colazione nel bar vicino la piscina praticamente. La colazione scarna nello stesso ugual modo quindi nessuna gran divergenza. Le mura sono di cartapesta e si sente tutto. Attenzione alla sabbia ovunque si scivola. Non 4 stelle

Hotel a 500 metri dal mare, zona Monolite Pizzomunno, struttura un pò troppo datata anche se dotata di tutti i confort compreso la piscina, un appunto è la presenza di cani lasciati liberi su zona piscina e parcheggio specialmente negli orari notturni. Buona colazione internazionale.

Camera da letto completamente diversa dalle foto! Il balcone era sporchissimo! La doccia era inguardabile! La struttura era vecchissima! Colazione deludente, dividono i clienti in due stanze per fare colazione: in una trovi la colazione completa (sia italiana che continentale), nell'altra stanza ti servono solo caffè e cornetto. Non capisco il perchè di questa divisione! Il personale completamente incompetente! Ci volevano far pagare le camere a doppio solo perchè non avevano controllato i documenti, ASSURDO!
