館内工事中の影響だったもしれないが水回りが全然だめ!宿泊出来る状況ではない!シャワー出ない、カランの水も出ない、トイレの水も出ない。初日チェックインの時、スタッフから小一時間程で直るとのことだったから外出して戻ると水チョロチョロ!結局その日は我慢して寝たが翌日の朝は直っており安心して外出。戻るとすべてが又全然 出ない。フロントへクレームを言うと待ってくれ待ってくれと言うばかり。そのうちバケツとタンクに水を入れて持ってきてこれでトイレを流してほしいと言われ呆れ帰った。その日は結局シャワーも出来ず寝たため翌日のアウトをレイトにしてもらい（勿論チャージ無し）午前中出かけ昼過ぎに戻るとやっと正常に戻ってた。 チェックイン時に全館故障で使用出来ないなら別のホテルを紹介する姿勢が必要。 今までで最悪!返金してほしいくらい。

まず冷蔵庫の中に前の人の食べ残しのゴミが残ったままでした。 シャワーブースにも前の人が使った後の石鹸が残ったままだったので、掃除がきちんとされていなかったと思います。 ホテルの廊下はとても暗くて居心地が悪かったです。 朝食は簡単ではありましたがおかゆを頼みましたがこちらはおいしかったです。

Min frue og jeg havde 6 overnatninger,Vi fik det som vi havde betalt for plus lidt mere.Det skal bemærkes at vi har en alder på 79 år og kunne klare os selv,godt morgenmad og et godt personale som gjorde alt for at gøre os tilfredse.Hotellet ligger i gå afstand fra floden og severdighederne.Man skal i gang fra morgenstunden da det efter kl 1400 er for varmt at være ude..Hotellet er godt brugt,men det opvejes at personalets imødekommenrhed,og så er der 2 plusser til,et meget internationalt publikum og fri bar når man kommer hjem fra spisningen ude i byen.Rengøring hver dag og rene håndklæder

Happy hour free whiskey!

Very friendly staff. The bar tender was Brilliant! Free whiskey during happy hour from 8pm-10pm and sometimes a magic show. The room was comfortable.

Excellent option!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was clean and had all of the extras you would expect at a much more expensive hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Впечатление хорошее. Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности города, рядом автовокзал и огромный торговый центр. Внимательный и уважительный персонал, особенно на завтраках в буфете, удобные номера,хотя и без окон.

Very Disappointing

Room was disappointing. The hotel attempts to be a "middle of the road" choice, between budget and luxury, and it is priced as such. However, the hotel is in very poor condition. Numerous tears in the wall paper, bathroom fixtures are falling off, lots of bugs in the bathroom, no pillowcases on the pillows. My in-room safe was broken. Management said they would fix it. They never did. Wifi was terrible. Off and on all the time. Only usable for email and instant messaging and even then you have to wait. I couldn't make a skype calls. I went to a coffee shop around the corner and used their internet. There are far better choices in the area. I stay in Vientiane 5-6 times a year.

Not a great hotel

We booked a room for 3 people but the room was tiny, nothing like the pictures. The wifi never worked, water stopped working for about 5 hours, electric also, breakfast was mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel. On the bright side the staff was very nice and responded to complaints the best they could.

Bien mais sans plus

J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour 3 nuits car proximité avec le marché de nuit et différents points touristiques de Vientiane : cet hôtel répond à ces exigences. Cependant j'ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour de 2 nuits et là surprise : coupure d'eau à différents moments de la journée (matin ou aprèm ou soir), café gratuit dans les chambres mais pas de bouilloire pour le consommer ou encore eau gratuite mais pas toutes les bouteilles ( j'ai du payer 20000kips lors de la remise des clés pour 2 bouteilles d'eau 50cl). Pour les problèmes d'eau, une solution a été trouvé le dernier jour à savoir j'ai pris ma douche dans une autre chambre après avoir râlé auprès de l'accueil.
