A wonderful experience and amazing place . Staff is respectful. Room was amazing and location was peaceful and safe. One of the better places i have stayed in many years of travel. Room was affordable and included breakfast and absolutely no complaints.

A good option in a good location - has a simple gym and a very nice roof-top pool. Rooms are adequate even if the AC unit a little to be desired. Good value for money.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. I accidentally overbooked my nights and we could not stay but were able to switch a day for when I returned. They were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area was very clean.

Not the best in Vientiane, but it's OK

All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.
