Poor customer service There was no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Texted to the customer service but no reply yet. Room is clean and the cleaning lady was very polite, however she couldn't help us with that. The location is perfect.

Location was perfect, adjacent to the beautiful Christmas Market. The room was first class! New, perfect condition, impeccably clean. Access was perfectly described. Beds & pillows so comfortable. Quiet. Every detail - the chocolates, water, apples, extra room supplies available nearby were appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed by phone.

Nice, clean room and daily cleaning service. There is ongoing constructions but didn't affect me too much. Walking distance to University of Vienna and city center. An ideal and affordable choice.

Great location in a great city

Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet.

The location can't be beat! The rooms were clean, modern, and had thoughtful touches like a bottle of water, snacks, and coffee. The lift was broken when we arrived, which made dragging our luggage up 4 flights of stairs pretty miserable. They did fix it two days later so that was good.

The location of this property was fantastic, offering a good stay, walking distance to everything. It was a very clean space and the quiet surroundings made for a peaceful experience. The main downside was that there was no host to contact . On our morning of checkout the internet was down and we had no one to inform. Plus point the property provided basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean place in a great location, as long as they don't anticipate needing much host interaction. Self check-in was smooth.

There is totally no service at all, no one to talk with. More similar to Airbnb but without kitchen and other facilities and no one to ask questions or leave the baggage after checkout or before checkin Have only phone number that you can call but nobody answered until we gave up

La revisione è stata condizionata negativamente per la camera non rifatta in uno dei giorni del pernottamento (contattato telefonicamente l’helpdesk, oltre ad essersi scusati, nessuna azione concreta), per la mancata attivazione dei codici di apertura delle porte prima delle 3 p.m., nonostante avessi scritto alla loro email e tramite Expedia (nessuna risposta) e telefonato (un laconico si ma senza esito positivo), ed infine per il deposito bagagli che è a pagamento e non dichiarato in nessuna delle descrizioni. Per il resto, è una struttura che per rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione meriterebbe il massimo. Camera molto comoda e moderna in un palazzo signorile. La posizione non consente realisticamente di raggiungere molti punti di interesse a piedi ma le stazioni metro e tram sono a non più di 500 m a piedi.

Très bien situé, proche du parlement, hitel de ville, stationdetramet métro, commerces et restauration à proximité. Possibilité de visiter la plupart des lieux historiques à pied (15-20 minutes).

Ziemlich kleines Appartment für den Preis

Das Appartment sah auf den Bildern einigermaßen gro aus so das wir es für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind für 2 Nächte gebucht haben. Leider war es dann doch ziemlich klein und Nachts hört man die Straße sehr. Aus der Toilette lief das Wasser beim Spülen auf die Fliesen. Naja Preis Leistung passt für uns leider überhaupt nicht. Lage ist aber super.
