Hotelli oli suhteellisen siisti ja vastaanotossa oli hyvä palvelu. Aamupala maksoi 9€/aamu ja oli erittäin huono. Huonoa kahvia ja lämpimiä juuston sekä kinkun siivuja. Ilman aamupalaa hotelli oli hyvä. Wifi toimi ajoittain huonosti huoneissa. Kun nettiä käytti keskellä päivää niin yhteys oli hyvä,mutta esimerkiksi iltaisin kun käyttäjiä oli varmasti paljon, ei yhteyttä löytynyt.

accueil mitigé. Celui qui nous a accueillis a eu un accueil correct sans plus mais le deuxième ne répondait pas quand on lui disait au revoir ou bonjour, on le dérangeait à chaque fois et c'était à peine s'il nous répondait... et retournait au plus vite sur son écran. Sinon l'hôtel est bien localisé, les chambres sont très propres et la dame qui s'occupe des chambres qu'on a croisé très gentille et aimable.

This hotel is right near the subway station by the scary name of "Taubstummengasse", which actually is right downtown. Within stumbling distance of a couple of Christmas markets. Great location, pimp rooms, near all the 'gasses'. What else could you ask for?

Penetrante Emais von Expedia zwingen zu Bewertung!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und düster. Die Beleuchtung war sehr spärlich. Im Bad war eine Lampe defekt. Die Matratzen sind sicher schon ziemlich alt, weil ich als Hausstauballergikerin stark darauf reagierte. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entsprach im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die geteilte Nutzung als Wohnhaus ist etwas schräg.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No information package in the room about facilities etc. Floor not cleaner from the previous occupants and I was there four days. Bed was comfortable. Located close to the city centre about 900mtrs. Beautiful city. Picture shown for this hotel is incorrect, this building is about 1km away in another street! I booked this hotel on the strength that it looked a decent place. Wrong!! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ein Basic Hotel für junge Leute

Das Zimmer und das Hotel entsprachen in keiner Weise den Fotos auf der Website. Schon die Rezeption in einem Foyer eines Mehrparteienhauses ist erstaunlich, dazu kommt der Zugang zu den Zimmern durch ein ungepflegtes Stiegenhaus. Das Zimmer (gebucht war Comfort EZ) war nicht einmal Standard, die Türklinke locker.
