The location was perfect for heading into central Vienna, and while the room was compact, it was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything needed—and everything was brand new! The parking facilities were great, and the building had fantastic amenities including a cafe, gym, and music practice room. The self check-in system was also super convenient.

Our apartment was a great base for our few days in Vienna, I wish we could've stayed longer as the kitchen and small living room would've been ample for keeping within a budget for a longer stay! The apartment is based in the university district of Vienna but it wasn't loud or rowdy at all, we had no disturbances during the night. The bed was super comfy, there were so many storage options for putting your luggage away too. Shops and bus,tram and u-bahn stops are just over a 5 minute walk away so pretty handy for getting shopping and getting into the city centre within around 20 minutes too. Definitely would recommend this apartment.

Everything you need for a self catering stay in Vienna. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Self service checkin worked and because we arrived in office hours we left luggage in the office. Five minutes walk to the underground, and using a week pass, meant easy travel to and around the city. Would highly recommend and likely to return.

Beste Küchenausstattung (Tabs für meine 8 Tage, Waschmittel), schien alles brandneu. - Leider nur 1 Satz Handtücher für 8 Tage, musste deshalb jeden Tag waschen. - Sehr unbequeme Stühle, zum arbeiten nicht geeignet. Seltsames Bett, extrem weich, halbe Auflage, Bettritze. - Keine Kontaktinfo am Check in Automat oder anywhere else und sehr limitierte Rezeptionszeiten im Juli. - Keine Info im Zimmer außer technische Hotline, Meine Tür ging ging oft nicht zu, manchmal nicht auf, Rezeption sagte, das sei OK. Fand ich nicht. Insgesamt etwas scary, aber vielleicht spielt sich das noch ein.
