Waschbecken und Spiegel im Zimmer hätten einen Sprung. Bewerten sind sehr bequem. Immer frische Handtücher und alles sehr sauber. Netter Service. Nur die Einwegverpackungen beim Frühstück waren nicht in unserem Sinne.

The hotel is near metro, 0,5 km, staff were decent, nice. The room anserewed ačcording to the web picture. There was also air condition. It' s little bit noisy but is possible turn off and open window instead. We were satisfied. Price was cheap and services good, we bought brekfeast, it was standard like everywhere in hotels.

The hotel looks fantastic from outside and once you step in. there’s a very large sitting area in the reception where you can have coffee/play board games. Also a guest kitchen to heat up foods. Rooms were spacious, sheets were clean. bathroom is nice and clean too. Although, there’s no tea/coffee maker at the room. The problem we had, the receptionist charged us for the room even though it was paid online because she mistaken us with another Indian couple which seemed very strange to us because we handout our ids, also filled up the form with name, address detail and passport numbers. Clearly they didn’t even read the names or checked the ids! We realized they gave us wrong receipt only after connecting our phone to wifi and finding out the payment history from the app. Obviously they apologized and reverted the money to the card but because it was paid in Euros, we are never going to get back the unnecessary conversation charges we had to pay because of their mistakes!

We were on a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) just before new years eve. The location of the hotel is pretty ok, surroundigns are a bit rugged though. Nearest metrostation is a few hundred meters away. The biggest dissapointments were the small rooms with no space for cloths and rock-hard beds. The breakfast is cheap (8 euros/person), but also very mediocre. Overall the price at time compared to quality was poor.
