Good location and nice aptartment, near tram 1 and 6. Though, make sure you have the accesscode before starting your journey. I tried to contact them during traveling the same day w/o success and had to book another hotel first night before everything was solved.

Before you arrive to the apartment, you HAVE to make sure that you received the e-mail which have the information for the code that you will use to get in the apartment. If you don't have that code, you might have a difficult time. Especially in the case of late check-in Because there is no reception in the entrance or the building and nobody will be there. The apartment is big and comfortable. Location is great. The street is safe and it is so easy to get to the city center. You can use the tram no. 1 and it will get your their within 25 minutes.

Nice Place. Contact 24hrs before stay for access!

Great location with easy access to public transport including a tram stop outside the building. Local shops like Lidl and Etsan close by. Beware you need to contact apartments 24hours prior to arrival to get access codes to building. We didn’t realise this until we arrived at the building. Phoned the number and staff were very helping getting us into the building and providing online forms to complete for access to our apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious with plenty sleeping space for a family of 4. We would definitely use Jimmy’s Apartments again.

The property was very clean and easily accessible and service was amazing . E.g Our Coffee Machine was not working initially, as soon as informed housekeeper, he changed it within an hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The apartment is new, big, and spacious. There’s free laundry which is a plus. The kitchen has all the essential equipments. The only draw back is the location is kinda far from town and uber isn’t cheap.

Perfect location and lovely appartment

The apartment was ideal and had everything we needed. It was just perfect for getting about (right next to the No1 tram which gets you into the city in 10 minutes). Local supermarkets and shops were close by.

First thing we paid a little extra to get a balcony, but it was useless as it was filled with bird feces. The second bed (sofa) was impossible to sleep on as for the first it was extremely hard and secondly it make so many noises if you just imagined moving laying in bed (and neither my wife or I ar just even close to "big" human beings. The light on the bathroom didn't work, and the drain in the shower basically didn't work, so you could shower for a top of 30 seconds before you had to wait 5 minutes for the water to leave and in the end we ended leaving the apartment one day prior to what we had paid and planned for. The only positive thing was that the cleaning was acceptable when we arrived.

Before recieving the code to enter the property the guest is required to fill out a form with personal information. I filled out the form several hours before arriving. However, this was around the holidays and I arrived late at night. Therefore, the code was not sent to me. The host did not answer the phone or emails and I was forced to book another hotel at a considerable expense.

Although the apartment hotel is a bit far from the city center, Tram No. 1 passes in front and provides easy access. Many supermarkets nearby make shopping convenient. The entrance and elevator are comfortable and give a premium feel. We booked two rooms with balconies. The 5th floor room was spacious with a nice view, but the 2nd floor room faced the inner courtyard, had no view, a smaller balcony with bird droppings, and was not cleaned upon arrival. We were told access codes would be sent at 10:00 a.m. on check-in day, but no codes arrived before 3:00 p.m. After messaging via Hotels.com at 12:48 p.m., I received only the 5th floor code at 3:59 p.m. The 2nd floor code arrived only the next morning. Calling was difficult due to a confusing menu and unclear English in the recording. When I asked for the code, the staff said they had sent it, but it wasn’t in the Hotels.com inbox; it came only after another phone call. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay. On the third day, we requested shampoo and clean towels from the floor staff, but they never arrived. In addition, the bathroom/toilet light bulb was not working, and one of the chair legs was broken. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality.

La stanza si presentava bene, abbastanza pulita, spaziosa e dotata di basilari utensili per cucinare l'indispensabile. Non abbiamo gradito l'odore complessivo al nostro arrivo, sembrava avessero fumato, nota negativa. Altra nota negativa è stata avere un balconcino e non poterlo nemmeno aprire per la presenza di guano dei piccioni. Eravamo sepolti dal guano dei piccioni, anche sul piccolo davanzale della finestra della camera, per cui impossibilitati ad aprire finestre e balcone, volendo pur cambiare aria, il rischio di prendere infezioni era altissimo e non abbiamo goduto appieno del comfort. Arredi abbastanza nuovi, divano letto cigolante e distretamente comodo. Vicinanza dei mezzi ottimale. Tram numero 1 sotto casa, biglietti acquistabili online con le app. Poche informazioni utili per chi deve utilizzare i mezzi. Nei treni,spesso bagni non funzionanti.

太恐怖了

入住當天是跨年夜，我們到民宿卻聯絡不到民宿主人也沒給我們鑰匙密碼，害得我們一家人在外面等好久又冷，後來我們ㄧ再一再的打電話和聯絡等了約2小時才給我鑰匙密碼才得以進入房間，真是恐懼的經驗
