This hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of Vienna elegance and charm. You feel special just walking into the lobby. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. The staff a extremely helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is perfect too, lose to everything you need.

Clean, modern rooms with helpful staff. Hotel is very close to public transport and is generally close to city centre. Never took us more than 15-20 minutes to get to Karlsplatz. Pool was ok, lack of loungers made the poolside inconvenient to keep towels, and sauna/steam rooms were clean and good.

Very nice hotel and great staff. Spacious room with a nice welcome treat. Parking was convenient and many sites were easily accessible walking or by transit. The pool was a life saver as Vienna was experiencing a heatwave as were the ice cold citrus water and apples in the lobby.

Very nice property well located in the ‘ diplomatic ‘ heart of Vienna. Very nice Camino areas, friendly staff and Well appointed rooms were placed for transport. A very nice breakfast!

Beautiful architecture and spaces. fabulous breakfast. Everything super clean. Pool a bit on the chilly side. Front desk staff were very polite professional and helpful. Restaurant staff could learn a thing or two from them. Pillows on the bed were the best I have ever had.

Great location and gorgeous decor in this hotel. Huge comfortable lobby restaurant and garden where you can enjoy meals. Pool was a bit cold and sauna was cool (and nudist). But very pretty poolside area. Seating area in bedroom was fab and bed comfortable. Windows open and Aircon fine. Toiletries good.

Beautiful hotel 20 minutes walking from central Vienna and few minutes walk from Belvedere. The perk of this hotel is it has a spa complex with a pool and saunas to relax after a long day of sightseeing. (FYI-The saunas are co-ed nude) The beds were very comfortable and they also offered an espresso maker in the room which is a huge perk over instant coffee. My only suggestion is to have more hooks in the bathroom. I did not try the restaurant but it has a nice outdoors area. Also right next to train that goes directly to the airport!
