My stay here was awesome. I came from America and the staff was very helpful when I asked questions about where to go to enjoy the city. They also pointed out some places where to eat local food without me even asking. I would stay here again!

The hotel is well situated close to shops and transports. The room was simple but adequate, with enough space for comfort. The bathroom was spacious and clean; however, there were moldy patches near the shower. Additionally, the shower drainage was blocked, causing water to pool within minutes, which was both unpleasant and unsafe. Despite reporting the issue to reception twice, no action was taken.

The location of the hotel was probably the best feature. It was under 2 km walk to the old town. Coffee shops and grocery stores if needed were right outside. We had a room that was supposed to sleep 4 but it was very cramped. There was virtually no floor space to put our luggages and the bathroom had a shower and sink that were way too small. The room was stuffy and while they had fans, there were no outlets to plug them into. Felt it was overpriced for what it was.

Served its purpose

We only used it for one night and it served its purpose. Within walking distance of Westbahnof. A number of cool coffee shops just opposite and an excellent Nepalese restaurant a few metres away.

Average hotel. A plus is for sure the position (2 metro stops nearby, bus stop, walkable distance from city center within 30’) and the presence of bars and restaurants. Negative points are for sure the beds and pillows, no air conditioning, the staff is nice and kind but wasn’t really present, blinders let the light in.

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.
