Very helpful staff, overall spacious room. Very close to metro access and close to walkable attractions as well, restaurants and grocery, the breakfast was pretty dang decent. The fixtures (lighting, shower railing, TV etc.) leave something to be desired. Overall a pretty decent place to stay

Booked room with two beds. Sofa bed wasn’t made up and no bed linen provided. Reception staff sorted out. Room was a bit shabby but we were only there for one night.

The location was good and room was clean. However, the walls are paper thin and you have to slam your door to get it to latch. Between dogs barking in the hall and hearing everything in the rooms around me at all hours, plus a rock hard bed; I was sleep deprived. I didn’t interact with the staff much, but check in was good and the gentleman was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate but nothing great. Because of the thin walls and poor sleep, I would not stay again.

This is a good hotel in city center. Very convenient and it has what you need. Rooms are nice and bright and clean. Only downpoint during our stay was breakfast. Opposite to the rest of the hotel the staff here was rude and selection of food was of poor quality. Steer clear and go across the street where a little breakfast joint has open most hours of the day

Florum hotel is just a 25 minute walk to St Stephens cathedral. There’s a tram just outside which would take you there in 5-10 minutes but we opted for walking. Air conditioning worked brilliantly. Only downside is the bathroom. Good size but shower is over the bath and there is no shower curtain or screen, so water ends up over the floor and hand basin. Having said that, I would return. Staff member at reception when we checked in, was excellent. (Sorry, I can’t remember your name). Good area if a female travelling solo, felt quite safe.

We were generally very happy with our room. Small but plenty for us, and very effective air conditioning. Bathroom and shower were good, too. One reason I booked it was the little kitchen set-up. It was there, and everything worked, but it felt like some things were missing: There were exactly two of everything (plates, forks, spoons, etc.), which is technically enough but not really. There was no way to wash said dishes; when I asked about a sponge and soap at the desk, the nice man there was at a loss. And no dish towels or anything else you might need. I appreciate the kitchenette, but I suspect it had been added recently and not tested for usefulness.
