Super easy to check in, and very clean. There’s a Straßenbahn and an Autobus stop within a 3 minute walk, so it’s super convenient to get around town. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was super clean. It was very spacious. The entire staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. They gave us free water and snacks included in our stay. It was easy to access and the location is PERFECT!

Seems to be a newly decorated hotel - comfortable room with nice furnishings. Has everything you need. Only slight issue is noise from - loud music until 1am on a Friday night

The location is great, only 6 mins walk to the tram, that takes 4 mins to get to the centre parliament building. The facility is new, nicely and conveniently furnished. A big TV is also a nice touch. Shower is detached from the bathroom, it is still in the room, but just opposite wall to the toilet, we found it interesting, but inconvenient to get out of the shower, as you cannot place a shower mat anywhere close to the opening door. It was all clean, expect the floor, it was actually dirty, and we had to walk around in socks. Overall, the experience was great, a new building, that contains everything that you might need, extremely quiet, has fully blackout curtains, a very convenient location, and a very nice cleaning lady. Considering the price, it is a really really really good option. I rate it 7/10. Keep it up!

The check in was very difficult. The property doesn’t respond to messages and I had to constantly contact Expedia to call them for me. They didn’t send me check in instructions at any point. The only way I got details is via my 5th call to Expedia. When I got there, the AC didn’t work either. Overall, nobody was there to contact and they didn’t do the bare minimum of helping guests settle in. Avoid for a smooth stay.

Ideal no frills budget hotel

Efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was as expected and quite adequate. Very convenient for transport, a 15 minutes walk to the centre. We will recommend this hotel and we would stay there again.

Nice renovated property! We stayed in the family room and I did not like that the window did not have curtains so everyone could see us and in the morning we were waking up from the light! Generally, clean room, good location, the free coffee is a plus and nice bathroom.

This property is excellent for young people saavy with technology. You have to stick to check-in and check-out times—no options for extension or a human reception. There was also no office facility for printing tickets.

Nice area - It took multiple phone calls to obtain the check in code for the entrance door - We booked a room for four people, the room was prepared for only two people. The sofa bed was completely closed for sofa usage. We missed blankets, pillows, towels. Once opened, the sofa bed was full with hair and not in condition for somebody to sleep on it. - We called the reception, they promised they would take care of it immediately but no one came.

Horrible service. This stay ruined our trip to Vienna. They told me on the phone that they offered luggage storage (if not I would have cancelled due to early flight). Then they text me when I have arrived in Vienna that they do not offer luggage storage, so I had to look for another place to stay the first night. When I arrived the day after the code to get in my room does not work. I called them several times, all they said was "try again". Then their housekeeper talked to them on the phone for me, and told them to get me a new code. 4 days AFTER check out they still have not sent me the code. I have tried to get in touch with them on the phone as well as here for a refund - no answear. Horrible, horrible service. Totally ruined our trip and stole our money.

Very bad service! Hotel have no reception, no help I have spoke with man one day before and told me you can check at 13 and our reception open during the day When I came at 13 I called then and one lady answered me but she wasn’t nice talking, I told her what the her college told me , she was aggressive and she cut off the call when I was talking with her. She need education again and need to learn how to speak with people! The hotel it’s bit far from center Check out at 11, so the most important thing if you forget something at your room as passport and your things after you check out you will get in very trouble because no one can help you there, no reception and bad speaking English So you have you be very careful about that Also you can hear your neighbors room when they open the door. If you come early or you want leave your luggage, so no place to leave it Better to choose another hotel who have good service and reception in case your lose of forget something at least you find someone can help you! Also you can leave you luggage if you need it.
