Great place for solo female travelers! The location is perfect and very safe. It is on a quiet street but only a two-minute walk to the Schwedenplatz metro station. I could easily walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and many nice shops. My room was very clean and quiet.
Wonderful location. Very well connection to the city and airport. I was able to control the temperature in the room, which was great. Would stay here again!
Great location .close to underground network for getting to palaces . Plenty shops , bars, restaurants within a short distance . Easy to get to main attractions with s short 10 minute walk . Lovely helpful, friendly staff special thanks to Eva for her advice and local knowledge.
I liked the location, reception and breakfast staff were friendly, there was always water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and apples available 24/7. Breakfast was decent but there were not very many options. Very tight with the croissants, we only got them 1 out of 5 days. Housekeeping could have been better. We're tall so we used top shelves in the room and everything got full of dust. I don't think they are ever cleaned. Bath gel and tissues ran out and were not filled, we had to go down to get them ourselves. One thing that was inconvenient and a little bothersome is the layout of the room. The toilet is in a room with a door and the shower and sink are in an adjacent area with a curtain and there is a table and chairs in between. So you have to come out and walk around the table to get to sink to wash your hands etc. Other than that, it was great. We walked to a lot of the attractions within 15 mins. and there was lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.
Clean, comfortable and very central to Vienna. Good transport links very near. Easy short walk to city centre. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would higly recommend.
Staff were so kind, excellent location but our room layout was a bit awkward and toilet not so well ventilated.

For us this accommodation was in a perfect location, close to the canal, U4 and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Stephansplatz. The room was bright, warm and clean with plenty of storage. Buffet breakfast was good and we were offered fried or scrambled eggs to go with sausages/bacon etc There was smoked salmon, ham cheese, bread, pastries, juice fresh fruit to go with coffee/tea. I would thoroughly recommend. Excellent value.
Great location, friendly staff. A special shout out for the lovely lady in the breakfast room who surprised me on my birthday… such a thoughtful and kind gesture which was appreciated!
Nice quiet boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna. Can walk to most of the attractions and there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes. Also next to tram and subway.
Chose for the location to the metro. Was also very easy to walk to the libations I was interested in seeing. Breakfast was very good and liked the availablity of coffee and tea. The staff were great and I appreciated the treat I received upon departure.
Nice staff and clean. Basic, good place.
But single room bed was very tiny and the worst pillows ever.
Otherwise good location with U Bahn just around the corner.

Quiet and ok, but not a boutique feel, rather run of the mill
Nice little hotel, very central, very friendly service, especially at breakfast. The single room was rather small but had all I needed. The air conditioner was not working properly (which the hotel was aware of but not able to fix) and as a result the room was rather warm, but admittedly that was during an exceptionally hot day in Vienna.

This hotel is well located, that is basically what you pay for; other than that, I would pick another place. The pillows and bed sheets had a horrible smell, I had to use my towel as a blanket.

No counter space was difficult and the carpet was a little stained. The staff always seemed surprised to be communicated with which makes me believe they’re not used to talking. The hotel entrance is in an alley and it can feel scary at night, especially since I didn’t see any signage. Other than that, the location was fine. You’ll have to walk a couple minutes to feel like you’re in a good area. They don’t include a bed sheet which was strange. The room was very hot despite me having the AC on the lowest setting.
