The hotel room was awesome! Newly renovated and trendy. It doesn't match the outside at all. Don't be scared of the outside. Just book the room.

Friendly efficient and well run with excellent room amenities. Only blemish was on parking at the front in the sole remaining space next to the office they have a corner kerb which averages 4” high except at the actual corner area where it becomes insane 8” and clearly a risk to cars backing out. My car received damage on the lower bumper which will require paint rectification. This is an obvious hazard that needs action taken.

Staff was extremely polite. Exterior needs a lot of work. Parking was not the greatest for the rooms up front. BUT the rooms were very nice and clean just like the pictures. Don’t judge a book by its cover, I would definitely stay there again.

The room itself was really nice. Updated interior, very clean, cold AC, big screen TV, nice shower setup. There's pots and pans but no stove. Reasonable size fridge and microwave. Property was nothing special. Lots of security cameras, not sure if thats a good or bad thing. There's an ice machine. I believe there were some items in lobby but its locked up when no one around. No vending machine. Pool was closed with a note about the fencing being inadequate or unsafe. Front desk clerk very nice guy. My only complaint is that its close to freeway like many of the hotels in this area so road noise present. I'd stay here again if i had some earplugs or sleeping pills to knock me out.

Parking was a little hard, and the outside environment was so unkempt. The walkway bushes need pruning and cleanup, but because it is convenient to work, I will give the place 1 more week of trial! As a traveling night nurse who always seeks a quiet, clean hotel, this hotel needs to improve its environment! I love the room’s decor and ambiance! The front desk guy was excellent; he did his best to give me a quiet room in the back, away from the Hwy traffic. I truly appreciate that! Once inside the room, I was good!
