Overall, our experience in unit 404 was very pleasant. Highlights included the clean, generous layout, quality amenities, smooth self-check-in, and an unbeatable, walkable location in a safe neighborhood. The only areas needing attention are the shower water pressure, which was quite weak, and the nighttime soundproofing against street noise and passing foot traffic. With those addressed, this would easily be a 5-star property.

The location is a 10/10 and the amenities are also awesome. I loved the underground parking, Starbucks right across the street and the security in the building. I think the cleaning staff could do a bit better job. I don't think the floors were very well done. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower didn't have much water pressure at all. And the towels were a little tired and could use a refresh. I loved that somebody had left the ice cube trays full! Instructions and communications were clear and easy to follow. I love this venue and would stay at the Waterfalls again for sure. I think it's good value for the money at the price I paid.
