Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Everything was very smooth from checking in until the next day just before we check out. The room service was already knocking on the door and entered our room around 930am. Check out is before 11am. First time we’ve ever experienced this in any hotel.
