Great location for accessing the old city of Verona and the Museum of Natural History just nearby. Clean and nice room. The only downside is the noise from the bars downstairs when you have a room on the street side.

Unfortunately our stay at Vittis home was unpleasant, we only stayed one night thankfully. When we arrived the wifi was not working, and it did not work for our whole stay, therefore we were unable to use the smart TV. The room was fine, the shower was mouldy, although cleaned you could see the mould. The biggest issue was the noise levels - we were awoken multiple times the night as this unit has zero sound proofing. The worst part was we were woken in the morning at 7.20am.to construction right outside the window and the entire room and bed shaking. I understand construction is out of the host's control, but with the additional factors happening in conjunction, I felt this property was far from worth the €150 a night fee. The host did provide ear plugs, but did not make us aware of any construction and they did not block out any noise. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and discussed our concerns with the host however nothing was addressed.

Location near the river was good. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Wi-Fi in our room and hallway was terrible, not usable. Hot water in shower was inconsistent, either cold, or too hot and then cold again. Elevator not at ground level. Had to drag luggage up some steps.

The location and accessability are great. There were snacks and a coffeemachine. During my stay the battery of the smoke detector in the hallway ran out. I informed the agency as soon as I noticed. It took them more than 12 hours to change the battery. In the meantime, there was a constant loud noise and even the smoke alarm went off. It was very loud and disturbing. But in the end they changed it.

Internet connection failed on day 2 which also stopped TV service. It was impossible to get the character on the end of the phone to understand that I didn't need the WIFI password just for the Internet connection to be fixed. After a week this hadn't happened.

Kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, eine gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Verona. Die Innenstadt ist super zu Fuß erreichbar und die Unterkunft liegt in einer beliebten Straße am Rand des Stadtzentrums.
