The room was very nice. It was a nice layout, clean, and in great shape. Some of the outside looked a little rough but I dont care about the outside. The room is my concern. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have weekly rates too so you can expect alot of fellow guests to be laborers. Everyone was respectful and nice. I will definitely use them again

The staff were friendly. The lobby has recently been redone and looked nice. The room was clean, but needed some work, very worn. The areas outside the rooms were very dirty. The cost of the room was way too high.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The outside looked a little rough but the room is what matters to me. I will book with them again. Their prices are reasonable too.

The place is desperate need of a full remodel and update, despite that, it’s not clean at all. The only reason i stayed was everything else was completely booked. The towels and wash cloths were stained and dingy, multiple insects and roaches were seen.

Room was clean but the property was not. Lots of trash on the stairs and by stair wells. It worked but its hard to say it was worth the cost. Its an old hotel so as long as thats what you expect itll work..

upon check in we went to the room an discovered that it was not cleaned or made up. so then i called the front office and advised them that the room was unmade and cleaned.then I was asked to go to the office.upon arrival, the manager asked me to go some where while they cleaned the room. I asked that I could try and seek another room. then he proceeded to advise me that iwould not be refunded.then he went into a rant about us Expedia customers acted like we needed to be specially treated. I then I advised him that I took offense,and that I didn't act like that. then he went into another rant about being really bogged down with work. needless to say I left & returned about 40 minutes later to find the room was cleaned and & made up.

The room literally smelled like somebody had been cooking drugs in it, and had a very strong odor of pipe tobacco. I was offered another room, which was also a smoking room despite my reservation was for a non-smoking room. I did not stay and they would not provide a refund. This place is a total scam. This is the type of place that deceptive trade practices laws were passed for.

I been here for a week with 2 more people business travel , and I booked the three bedroom , when we arrived they gave me only the two bedroom because they said was already taken by other people and just gave me a extra small mattress so bad . The breakfast was terrible .

I would never stay here again. It was so dirty from the hallways to the rooms it was gross. The rooms had a horrible smell. Only had two towels and when i ask for more they got mad. Never again isn’t worth trying to save money for.
