Great value, if you’re looking for a decent place to sleep without breaking the bank, this place will do. AC was very misleading, there is building AC It seems but is essentially useless, no room controlled AC. For the non apartment rooms the bathroom is a different room and key which can be annoying. The fan that was in the room barely worked and was essentially useless. Ceiling fan was bare minimum. The AI assistant is truly useless, I wouldn’t even waste your time. The booklet they give you however is very helpful so I would just reference that. Location is perfect, right next to the train station so you can travel between the villages with ease and you are right in the heart of the town with a quick walk to all cafes, restaurants, hiking trails and the ocean.

We did not receive a check-in link for the hotel and it took us a long time to get in and they charged us for same day check-in. No live support. Also, there was no staff to refill Toilet paper and soap. Very basic accommodations. AC did work well though.

Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”. Annoying and inconvenient.

Don’t book it and don’t waste your money! It was terrible experience for us to be there. It was very hidden place and not enough guidance for find it. No actual or real person has been answering questions, it was only the virtual ai assistant who answered the questions. There was no soap in the washroom. Very very small room and the worst thing happened to us was we got stuck in the room for the few hours. The key was not working properly to open the door and we were asking for help from the balcony to someone hear us and help us. Finally the neighbour came and we had to pass the key from under the door and he opened the door from outside. That happened two times and it was terrible experience. No real person was answering the phone. Don’t book it and don’t waste your money!

Avevamo prenotato una camera quadrupla uso doppia, ma all'arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera doppia senza esser stati avvisati. Non si può parlare con nessuno, tranne con chat su WhatsApp. La TV non funzionava perché non c'era il telecomando. Ho chiesto un rimborso per la differenza, ma non ha risposto nessuno ai messaggi.
