This hotel is wonderful! The room was huge, bed, pillows, etc. were great quality, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Check in/out was easy and quick. The only small complaint I have was the shower, there was very little water pressure and no hot water. Not enough to keep me from staying there again though.

The housekeeping service was the best part of the trip. But the hotel NICKLES & dimes everything. Until requested there were not any hand tiles for the bathroom sink. There were only three bath towels, yet you were expected to bring towels from the room if you wanted to use the swimming pool as none were available poolside, In Mexico it is not safe to drink the tapwater. At the hotel only provided two bottles of water per day. Understand this is not an inexpensive budget hotel the daily continental breakfast is a full size buffet breakfast. That is an excellent quality that was the outstanding feature of this day.

Perfect location very clean staff friendly only one problem patio door lock was broken and was fixed very half hardy didn’t feel 100% safe. Other guest from surrounding rooms could get to my patio easily.
