Large rooms and private

It's old and a bit dark but the feeling of privacy is there to make it like a home for long stays. It's now closed and hopefully not permanently or for a remodel that will make the prices go up. The staff was always helpful. Hopefully the workers are paid for their time off from work considering it's not their fault they lost their jobs. But it's Mexico and labor has no protection there and that's why so many Mexicans make the journey north to the United States. Hopefully Trump is a 4 year blunder and everything he does is overturned.

Hotel con humedad

Al llegar al hotel apesta a humedad, en recepción el personal es muy grosero no sonrien, no saludan y nos dejaron ahi paradas hasta que quisieron nos atendieron y el unico que fue amable fue el sr botenes ezequiel, las instalaciones no son como aparecen en su página web, el servicio de internet pesimo, el aire acondicionado no lo puedes apagar, la alberca siempre esta fria. La verdad muy mal el servicio no lo recomiendo las intalciones peores siempre huele a humedad.

Prima hotel midden in het centrum

Het hotel is van binnen wat gedateerd maar de kamers zijn groot en schoon en alles werkt. Geen bar of restaurant in het hotel maar voor de deur zijn volop restaurants en terrasjes.

SÍ REGRESO!!!

Super tranquilo, se respira paz a pesar del ajetreo que esta fuera. El personal de limpieza y botones muy amables y atentos, (no estaría de más que la chica recepcionista sonriera un poco... parece enojada). Ubicación PERFECTA. Tienes todo a unos pasos. Si voy otra vez al puerto, regreso a este lugar.

El hotel es bastante céntrico, cuenta con estacionamiento seguro, lo cual me agradó. El personal del estacionamiento muy amable. Las instalaciones son algo viejas, pero en si el hotel es cómodo. La chica que nos recibió en recepción de muy mal humor, parecía que me estaba haciendo un favor. Afortunadamente no la volvimos a ver. La habitación fue cómoda, limpia, con una hermosa vista hacia el embarcadero. El aire acondicionado moderado, el baño bien. La terraza y la alberca bien, son detalles que deberían mejorar. En general cumplió el Hotel Colonial.
