"Checking in it was good. We got in the room to rest and refresh to go to the pool to my surprise I got in the shower and the body wash and shampoo in the shower it was empty good thing I always bring some. When I saw the housekeeper I ask if she can please refill the shampoo and body wash she said she didn’t have it in her cart she’ll have somebody bring it to the room never happened. They need to check rooms before checking in people. Also staff not the best service and communication skills need to be retrained for better service. The bartender was good other than that not so much."

"Nice grounds, relaxing location, buildings/rooms need some updating. Need to add elevators as difficult to carry all luggage and belongings up the stairways."

"It overlooked the beach and food was great. Just spendy. Cable never worked no water pressure. Little parking. Had to pick up food for the room. Steak dinner was great but no plates plastic silver ware. Night time to much noise from downstairs. I won't recommend to anybody. "

"Checked in for a weekend vacation, parking lot was great, staff was friendly and amazing. And the view of the Marina was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. "
