The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel. "My wife and I had a wonderful 1-night stay at Hotel Burg Wassenberg. We felt very welcomed by the wonderful staff, from personally showing us to our room to the restaurant staff going out of their way to ensure my wife had one more schnitzel before leaving Germany. All-in-all, it was a memorable moment on our vacation, after a series of forgettable budget hotels. And the historical town of Wassenberg is worth a visit, even though it’s off the beaten path. "Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser Anlage und finde die Lage und Umgebung wirklich traumhaft & sehr entspannend. Das einzige Manko war die Aufteilung des zugeteilten Zimmers, leider ein sehr kleines Bad und durch den langen Zimmerflur war es etwa schallernd. Bedingt durch das Wetter war es im gesamten Haus/Flur auch etwas stickig und unangenehm, den gesamten Aufenthalt über, das fand ich etwas schade (es gab wohl keine Möglichkeit die Apartmenthäuser zu lüften)"
