Father / Son Trip

Fantastic time as always, the property is perfectly located for a great time. The guide we had pulled right up to the rear of the camp in the morning and the camp is in short walking distance to the marina. We really enjoyed the stay and will do it again next year.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay here. The house was in the perfect location for our fishing trip. It was clean, had plenty of space, & was overlooking the docks of the charter company we used, Mexican Gulf. Walter was very communicative & helped make our stay easy. Will be booking this house again on our next trip.

The place had everything that we needed and it was in walking distance to the marina restaurant. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would book again. 4 of us stayed. Open living, dining, kitchen area was easily large enough for 6 to 8 people. Very comfortable and close enough to walk to the marina. We did a charter this time. I hope to take my boat back next time. The pier and dock would accommodate my 34 with room to spare. A very large fish cleaning table and an ice maker are 2 more great features.Great place to stay in Venice. Bring your bug spray if you go to Venice. Mosquitoes are big and plentiful.

Outstanding location for a fishing trip

The house is clean and new feeling, bathrooms and showers are nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and there is a nice boat slip out back. Quick walk to the marina for a meal and a beer.

Vodoo Fishing

We were down from Georgia for three days and two of those were fishing. It was a awesome location directly across from Marina. I would highly recommend anyone to this property. We would stay again.

Great access and very clean

We were staying in Venice for a fishing charter with Mexican Gulf Fishing charters and found this house which is conveniently located next door to their boat slips. Our host was great and answered a couple questions quickly.

Boat picks you up

Amazing stay, boat picks you up. Great location. Fishing is awesome. Owners are very communicative. Baskets for ice, grill works with gas, charcoal for green egg! Amazing place!

One of the best places at Venice Marina

This condo is very nice and is certainly one of the best places to stay at Venice Marina. It is about a 2 min walk down to the marina. We found the condo to be very well equipped, including a big ice maker, cleaning table, and a pump to improve water pressure at peak times (this can be an issue in Venice). The condo was clean and we had no issues at all. Thank you!

Venice resort?

I’ve stayed in a lot of different condos and houseboats in Venice and this is the nicest. That’s probably not the top of the list of why people come here but it improved our fishing experience. Great view that you don’t get on the other side of the marina and every amenity that you need except Wi-Fi (in an area that almost requires it). But the word on the street is that may be available soon. Great property that is very clean and well maintained.
