The staff was wonderful and the location on a street of designer boutiques just a few blocks from San Marco Square was perfect. The room was lovely but there were a few negatives as far as practicality. There were very few drawers and there isn't a vanity for hair drying or make-up.

I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ambience within easy walking distance of all Venice’s sights doesn’t need to look any further! Great music playing too.

Our stay at this outstanding property was exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and clean. The entire staff were courteous and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. Location, Location, Location! This is a year old hotel in the heart of Venice. Great shopping near it, St. Marks square is a stroll away and resturaunts near the hotel. Service was amazing and hotel was spotless. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine in the room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby bar area. A property!
