We absolutely loved our stay at NH Collection Murano. The staff was warm and the property is beautiful with seating areas and gorgeous views all around from our terrace and the main one above the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. We also enjoyed being away from Venice. The shuttle is convenient but the taxi is even faster. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space.

Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. The restaurant staff did a wonderful job looking after us at breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a top-class Christmas evening dinner where both the food and service were outstanding. Wonderful stay. Appreciated the room upgrade for being an Expedia Platinum member. Very thoughtful hand written welcome back card and gift (room fragrance and cookies! Much better than wine because not everyone drinks.) Lovely staff and location for glass lovers couldn’t be better. Will keep coming back to NH murano.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. I was not pleased with the restaurant, breakfast was buffet style, 25 euros which =‘s 30 US dollars, for cereals, toast, pastries/croissants.. lunch meat sandwich’s. No thank you!!

Murano is a lovely escape from the masses in Venice. NH is a new hotel a couple of minutes walk from the vaporetti stop Navagero. The hotel also has a private pier n is a great place for photos at sunset. Lots of shops n cafes around. Receptionist Sophia was especially helpful.
