The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with premium offerings. The staff are super-friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but comfy, and 2 restaurants outside the courtyard act as an almost extension of the hotel. A hidden gem!

The hotel staff and breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately there was a horrible smell outside of our room, on the stairwell and the entire floor. The shower was broken. They had they shampoo in the sink holder and hand soap in the shower. I am highly allergic to mold and was ill both mornings In US a low end best western would have had a better quality room at half the price. Would not recommend or stay again at this property.

Very nice kozy rooms but rather small in size. Bed mattresses are really firm and pillows hard. They could’ve been a little better for the price paid. Overall cleanness and services including breakfasts were excellent. Staff is attending and everyone is very nice.

Sadly the hotel lacks a lift. Difficult to see where this could be fitted. There was a familiar Venetian smell of drains in one of the breakfast rooms and on the stairs. Otherwise my stay was excellent and I'd happily recommend this hotel as a quiet, central base for visitors.

Perfect location for central Venice and san marco. The hotel was perfect, small, personalised, very friendly staff and helpful. Room was small but warm, clean, fresh linen every day. breakfast was plenty of choice to fill up on for the day cereal, egg bacon hams cheese cakes pastries, fruit, fruit syrups, yogurts. I’m gluten free, we’re able to offer fresh baguette, cereal and sweet biscuits everyday for me. Just let them know beforehand or on arrival. Perfect for cost and location, would definitely return and recommend.

Great location, very helpful multilingual staff. They met us at the door and assisted with luggage when we arrived by water taxi. Air conditioning couldn't keep up on 95 degree night but staff got us a fan as soon as we asked. Excellent location, 6 minute walk to San Marco Plaza.
