Great place to stay! Yummy croissants in the morning. Wonderful of a canal that has lots of gondola activity. Older facility, but still well kept.

Do not stay here.

The hotel door was locked and no one was there when we arrived. The phone also didn’t work so we sat waiting for 2 hours to get inside. Room was clean but beds were uncomfortable (the sofa bed was broken) and bathroom fixtures were old and leaky.

I was very disappointed with this property. It advertised as having a 24hr front desk, which is what I wanted as a mother travelling alone with children in a new country. There was no front desk staff at all and we were told to perform a self check in two days prior to arrival. When I tried to cancel to book somewhere new with an actual front desk, they wouldn’t refund. Expedia was of no help, despite the misleading ad posted on their site. The space was tired and cramped. Staff weren’t friendly or helpful when and if you saw them. The only positive was the location: we walked to lots of spots and were able to navigate the city easily with public transport. Wouldn’t stay here again, though.

An authentic Venitian experience. Perfect location with easy drop of by water taxi 100 meters from the hotel. Walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Antique decor in this small five room boutique hotel on one of the smaller canals with balcony and view of passing gondolas. Nice continental breakfast with Cappuccino or Cafe included. Air conditioning was not the best in room 105 but managed with a fan in the summer humidity.

I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel was reasonably clean but that is about the only positive. No one was available at reception other than upon check in. Hair dryer in the bathroom broke on the first day and requested replacement never arrived. The breakfast overall was disappointing and the milk for the cereal was sour and curdled.

In generale, ci è piaciuto soggiornare in hotel. La camera era pulita e confortevole, la colazione gustosa, ma ci sono anche dei difetti, come l'odore stantio in hotel e l'odore sgradevole in bagno. La pulizia quotidiana della camera consisteva solo nel rifare il letto e portare fuori la spazzatura. Gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati. Spero che, leggendo questa recensione, la situazione migliori, almeno per gli altri ospiti.

Notre chambre était petite mais la salle de bain est super équipée, elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Les dames qui s’occupent du petit dej sont très accueillantes. Une d’elles parle français et est vraiment adorable. Le petit dej est simple.
