El lugar es amplio, bien calefaccionado, con comodidad para cocinar y comer. Muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de Piazza San Marco. Nos recibió la administradora en persona y nos asesoró tanto sobre el depto. como para orientarnos en la zona. Todo muy bien. La entrada es un poco oscura, en un sottoportego. Y está en un 4° piso por escalera, lo que hay que tener en cuenta para moverse con el equipaje.

Un hôtel difficile à trouver à la nuit sans lampe de poche car une ruelle totalement noire. Une douche sans aucune pression d'eau, un bidet inutilisable, des moustiques partout, et l'accueil adorable de la responsable, un service de petit déjeuner très moyen le second matin, sans assiettes, sans sous tasses, sans patisserie, pas de chocolat au lait pour les enfants ... rapport qualité/ prix, tres moyen. En revanche, posibilité de laisser les bagages pour aller se promener le dernier jour, en laissant les clés sur le comptoir en partant. Très bon accueil.

I ended in another hotel San Maurizio bc the hotel booked did not open the day of my arrival. In my opinion Expedia should be aware of this and be accountable for it. The hotel i was.moved was terrible, i will definitely stay away from San Maurizio.

Hotel bien situado.La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno no es buffet, como nos habían dicho,y bastante regularcillo. No hay ascensor y es una tercera planta,con maletas...El trato de la dueña muy muy bueno,con buenas indicaciones para ir a cenar y otras cosas. En general bien.

We want to thank Annalisa, for a very nice and pleasent stay in Cadel Pozzo, She is always smiling and very help fuld. The room was very autentic, good beds, AC and Frigde evry thing you need in a room.. :-) only 5 min. walk from Piazza San Marco.

For a first time in Venice this accommodation was OKish. The self check in was an interesting challenge :-) but our first breakfast was served with a surprise; we were told that full payment in cash was rqd which meant that we ended up paying more due to Venice's unforgiving exchange rates. None of this was mentioned during booking or following email contacts. Overall, we felt this was more like a family run B&B and not a hotel as advertised on the website.
