Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine schöne Meile mit Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Bei der Unterkunft sollte man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben. Es ist sehr wenig Licht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Da es auch keinen Balkon oder ähnliches gibt haben wir uns dort nur zum Schlafen und Frühstück aufgehalten. Es war sauber und die Betten waren auch in Ordnung, es war also für den Zweck alles in Ordnung. Einige Dinge müssten wieder in stand gesetzt werden: die Temperatur des duschwassers lässt sich nicht gut regulieren, die Kühlschranktür nur mit Druck zudrücken, das Geschirr ist ein kunterbunter Haufen aus Einzelstücken.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood, quiet, with local restaurants and groceries, close to Piazza San Marco. Quick access to the Vaporetto. We’ve stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend it.

Lovely Venice Stay

This place was situated in a great spot for walking around town for us. We could easily get to a grocery store, restaurants, and some excellent gelato. The place was a comfortable size for us two. Our hosts were informative, friendly, and communicated promptly. We appreciated their hospitality!

Très bien situé , simple, propre, parfait

Entre les Giardini et Arsenal , dans un quartier vraiment sympathique. L’appart est calme et propre, simple. Roberto est très gentil et accueillant, de bon conseil, le dernier jour on a pu laisser nos baggages chez lui pour la journée.

Didn’t like : little too far from central , there quite a long walk to saint Mark Like : this apartment have everything you need , the owner were very detailed. Big bed , very quiet at night . Restaurants and grocery just around the corner .

Nice apartment

Roberto was very welcoming and showed us everything in the apartment when we checked in. It was a basic one bedroom apartment with all necessary kitchen amenities for a short stay. Apparently the people upstairs had had a water damage and therefore the bathroom ceiling had some dark mold. Otherwise the place was clean and cosy. Roberto had also left us breakfast and coffee and tea so we could make it on our own which was nice. The location is great, it’s a local neighbourhood away from the tourist rush of the center, and you can find a couple of nice restaurants around the corner. All in all I can recommend Roberto’s place for your stay in Venice.

Mr. Roberto took care of us . Everything went fine in this apartment. He would texr me if i keeded anything . Nice place would stay there again. And he stored our luggage for us after checkout. Nice gentlemen.

Resimdeki gibi bir yer değil. Bir otel zannettik ve ev olduğunu gidince gördük. Özellikle banyosu kokuyor. İnterneti çok yavaş.Konum olarak güzel ve heryere yakın. Ödemeyi girerken nakit olarak yapmak zorunda olmak biraz zor durumda bıraktı.

Roberto was very nice!! Venice is beautiful and this apartment is within 25 min walk of everything (i know it sounds far, but you don’t even notice the time!). I personally didn’t have a great experience with more than a handful of people there, but no complaint about the apartment. Just a heads up though, it is NOT a traditional B&B and breakfast includes some croissants and yogurt. WiFi was decent but it might just be Italy’s connection.

Arrivati a Venezia abbiamo raggiunto l'appartamento e chi ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e premuroso nel farci vedere e capire l'utilizzo di quanto conteneva. L'appartamento aveva uno spazioso ingresso, utile per sistemare momentaneamente le valige; una bella.camera con armadio un tavolo e sedie; un bagno con doccia e un grazioso angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. Nonostante all'interno dell'appartamento non prendesse il telefono (occorreva uscire o semplicemente aprire la finestra), il wifi era ottimo e permetteva di collegarsi ad internet. Consigliamo vivamente.

Me and my gf stayed here as a base to explore Venice. We arrived mid afternoon and were met by Roberto, the B&B owner and manager. He was an absolutely great bloke who was extremely personable and great with us. He explained check in and check out information, informed us of the facilities and told us how to find our apartment. The apartment we booked was quite large, very clean and well equipped. The standard of furnishings was more than acceptable. The beds and linen were spotless and very comfortable. The B&B location is pretty good and most places in Venice are within 20 minutes of it. Would definitely stay again.

Such a quaint and friendly city. This B&B is in the centre next to a canal. Breakfast was fine: milk, bread, jam, juice, yogurt. We loved our stay here. Upon arrival we were greeted by Marina; she is amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. This city and the people are super friendly and warm. The architecture and history are breathtaking. She gave good recommendations for dining, drinking and site seeing. We even did the walk she shared with us the first day. The apartment is comfy and clean. Shower was great and heated rack for towels. Definitely room was heated well and also loved the windows could open to get some fresh air. Romantic vibe. Love this spot. Will come back

A warm welcome from the owner, facilities were ideal for our family of 4, quieter part of Venice yet just 10 minute walk to San Marco. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great apartment in a very lively typical area. The bed we had was really comfortable, the suite overall comfortable if with a smallish bathroom. Slight downside the continental breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Clean, comfortable, quiet B&B close to the Biennale in Venice near a busy shopping street. Hosts were friendly and helpful. I was worried that there might be too much noise from the lively outside but found the rooms to be quiet when it came time to sleep.

I stayed at this B&B for a couple of nights and I was satisfied. First I tried speaking with my bad Italian but I quickly switched to english and it wasn't a problem with the owner, which acted really friendly and I appreciated it. The apartment, which was fairly big, had one large bedroom, TV, a lounge with a table and a couple of chairs, a kitchenette, some places to store things and an appropriate lavatory. Everything was very clean. One minor drawback was the church nearby that clearly cannot be popular with those that like to sleep in the morning (like me). The bell got pretty wild at about 7 a.m. and didn't stop for at least a minute maybe a bit more. Windows did not help very much. I only tried out the kitchenette in the morning during breakfast and everything was alright. In general, I was satisfied with my stay: I had my privacy, enjoyed the continental breakfast and can only make positive recommendations.

Venice is a must see city. Very crowded during the day with tons of tourists swarming around its alleys but worth staying the night as it quietens down and you have a magical city to yourself. B&B Giardini is very well run and has private flats with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

Such a treat!

B&B Giardini is everything we wanted for our weekend in Venice. The location near the Art Exhibition is ideal for touring. A lively neighborhood that is quiet at night. Rooms are attractive and comfortable, with large windows and modern facilities. Breakfast of yogurt, pastries and jam while sitting in the kitchen was ideal for planning our day. The best part of this place, though, are the people. Roberto and Marina were welcoming and offered many helpful suggestions. Bravo to all.
