Shared toilet was clean and kept stocked. Shower is in the corner of the room, which we got a kick out of. No lift available and stairs are a bit steep with luggage. Lots of eateries nearby.

The room was alright, with air conditioning. Bed was clean and comfortable. As everything in Venice, it is a bit small and you have to climb stairs to get to it and into it. We communicated through the staff of the pizzeria next door to check in and when there was a problem. The restaurant is good!

We had a lovely stay, and thank you for the bottle of wine left in our room for my partners birthday, nice little hotel for a city trip, near the buss and train station so would recommend getting them rather then the water taxi from the airport, in a very quiet area but just a short walk to the water busses into the main attractions, lovely traditional italian hotel, thank you x

Great location walkable distance from bus station (Piazzale Roma). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds for 2 adults and 2 teens traveling together! We were not disappointed and found the place clean and comfortable.

Well worth it

This place was great. Very convenient location… with a stroller and multiple bags, we essentially just had to cross the major bridge by the train station and a semi bridge and everything else was flat. The front desk while not always there was very clear and nice when we had to get things done. It was pretty easy. The bathroom seems very modern as if it was recently renovated. Not the brightest light in the bathroom but good enough.

Excellent excellent!

Great location and amazing service. Federica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and helpful. I'd love to return to beautiful Venice, and if I do, I'll definitely stay here again. Walking distance to train station and tons of restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Liked the property. Safe, clean, lots of good restaurants near. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but nothing affecting our stay. Loose bathroom doorknob, bathroom door dragging on the floor. Good property, don’t get me wrong. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again next time in Venice.

No elevator but ok. The 2 only problems were the shower wasn’t working correctly and the hair dryer wasn’t working at all. The staff was very kind, the lady even help us with the luggage at he stairs. The room was nice, clean and spacious

The rooms were clean which is the most important factor we were looking for. The rooms were old (but this is typical for Venice, as all buildings are original), but the bathrooms were renovated. Our room had a glass door shower in the bedroom, which was fine for us as a couple, but maybe for families this may not work (not all rooms may be like ours). If arriving by train or bridges, it’s only a 15 min walk (and you only need to carry your luggages over 1.5 bridges!). The area is quiet, and away from the super busy touristy part of Venice. It’s about a 25 min walk to St. Mark’s square.

Limited hot water. Shower leaked and overhead shower didn’t work. Room was tiny with little storage space or shelving. Internet didn’t work in the room. Staff was friendly when they were there (business hours only), and the neighborhood is great, but there are better hotel options.
