"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "Easy location and accessibility of the lake. Breakfast was delicious. Shower was amazing. The serve great cocktails and breakfast mimosas. My only complaint would be that on lake view rooms, you cannot really see the lake due to tree coverage, which felt a bit like false advertising. That said, if I was to go back to lake bled I would stay here and I would recommend the hotel to friends."
