Entering the designated room, we discovered that it lacked electricity. There was somebody working on the issue but without any guarantee of success. The staff did not think that that was a sufficient reason to provide different accommodation. The staff at the front desk seemed to be prepared to deny help no matter what the request was.

Came back to the hotel at 11.30. Pouring rain and wind. Outer door did not open. Spent 20 minutes waiting. Until the night boy led me through back door. Unacceptable.

We felt the staff were not particularly welcoming and not all smartly dressed. They did not acknowledge us when passing the front desk or engage in conversation at any time. No information given re meals or timings. Staff were absent from the front desk in the mornings. They seemed to be more involved clearing breakfast. Refreshment tray in room inadequate. One teabag per room for two people staying overnight! Likewise milk cartons. Had to go down to reception to request for morning use. Asked if I wanted one or two! No coffee supplied without special request at reception. Paper cups supplied for hot drinks in room unsatisfactory and unpleasant. The hotel is in a convenient central position and clean, but the above issues marred our visit.

Chambre propre, avec douche et un grand lit. Des ajouts bien appréciables comme des oreillers à mémoire de forme ou une bouilloire. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du port (15 minutes de marche). Notre seul regret était que nous ne pouvions pas garer notre voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel qui ne comprend que dix places et qui était plein. Cela dit, il y a un parking de l'autre côté de l'hôtel qui n'est pas payant la nuit.

5 nuits pour visiter le Morbihan La canicule a réduit nos vistes aux matind et le soir si bien que nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre les après midi. Nous pouvons confirmer son confort. Un seul manque: un petit frigidaire pour maintenir de l'eau au frais. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Parking facile d'accès et sûr. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix sucré et salé. Super bon accueil au restaurant ou à l'hôtel. Gros bonus : Sommelier au resto avec accord met et vins proposé gratuitement. Chambre super bien adaptée avec lampe de chevet orientable et volet roulant.
