I have a great experience, very clean and large rooms. I love the view and garden. But the fire alarm keeps screaming whenever you cook without any smoke, even when you toast a bread.
Clean and comfortable apartment in a good location.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Location was great for us and there’s lots of shops, great restaurants and groceries easily within reach. Safe, quiet and better option than a hotel for us.
Lacks some things, but I’m sure if I’d asked, the host would have accommodated. It’s a basic place to crash if you want 2 bedrooms at an affordable price.
Remote check-in was easy, but the automated text didn't include the property address, so I needed to look it up separately.
The suite was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. It was clean and safe.
The space was quite cool upon our arrival and took a long time to warm up after we found the thermostat.
More side tables would be helpful, as would more towels/blankets.
Thank you for having shampoo etc. stocked for us! The bathtub/shower enclosure is difficult to step into (bathtub wall is quite tall). A handlebar there would be great.
We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay during Taylor Swift weekend! Surrey is lovely.
Traveling with 3 kids and my wife and all 5 of us enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet and had dishes and amenities that we needed. The listing says no parking onsite, but there is ample street parking. Will definitely try to book again and refer to friends and family.
I really liked this property. The lighted pathway with security cameras leading to the unit made me feel safe. It definitely had enough space for my family of 6. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly.
A few things, that could be improved on:
The kitchen could have been more equipped. Improve on the quality of towels, and provide extras. Having extra pillows. The apartment was not a clean as I would have liked.
Overall, our stay was hassle free and convenient and we would stay there again.

Beds very very uncomfortable, will never stay here again. Lots of hair on the floor and baseboards, could use more towels and bigger pillows
The hosts are very accommodating. My kids decided to bring their dog to our flight in a last minute. We never realized that it was in the policy for a “no pets” allowed. We talked to them when we arrived and they gladly accommodate us wtih the dog. Very warm and welcoming.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
One of the fan was not working, the owner did not want to change that and give us new fan. Very few pillows and blankets.
Right inside of the door is a sign indicating that quiet hours start at 6AM. If that was noted when we book this place, I missed that info. This property adds a cleaning fee but it wasn’t that clean. Long hairs on the floor greeted us when we opened the door. Next was short hairs on the baseboards. Garbage in the kitchen can and grease on the stovetop. It was cold (the windows were open) but the thermostat wasn’t working so the owner came down to discover the batteries were dead. The heat there was from the floor (radiant heating) and he said it would take 2 hours to warm up the unit (it took quite a bit longer because it was already so cold). The mattresses were thin and there were no top sheets. The lighting was glaring so we moved the nightstand (there was only one in the main bedroom) lamp from the bedroom and back when we needed light as it had a different light bulb. (The range hood light was great and the bathroom was okay.) The last thing to note is regarding the noises upstairs. I think the owners live upstairs and there was a lot of TV and dragging of chairs noises.
This place is in great condition and is pretty new.
The pics of the suite are 100% from their other suite next door, you can tell cuz the bottom bunk of the bunk beds is on the ground, and not a suitable bed for anyone, and the pic shows a bed off the ground, table is different, placement of bed compared to door is different, couch is different, not sure if this is a mistake but I was def expecting more comfort or at least for the suite to have what the pics showed. No idea why they have no AC, I swear the central air box is right outside the suites window, but it could have been a generator as well, but it was 30 degrees C in there every night, we had to get a hotel the last night so I could sleep in the AC before we had to drive on the Coquihalla again. The people are super nice though, but please Vancouver and area residents who rent suites: yes you are in a moderately cool zone, and no one really needs AC for 10 months of the year, but there is still 2-4 months of the year every year where most people cant sleep without AC units.
Great central Surrey location, 15 minutes to White Rock and 15 minutes to all Surrey malls. Suite is super clean and there's beautiful hydrangeas outside. They have a table outside on the patio with an ashtray for those who smoke, I would recommend this suite October through April or May for sure.
