Communication through their whatsapp was seamless and they responded quickly to my questions. Bathroom floor could use a bit of a cleaning, but the sleeping quarters and sheets were clean and comfortable.

The "Lovely House" is a come on to get people interested. We arrived at the address originally given, the "Lovely House" and the bedroom were actually next door. The Lovely House was full of junk! We talked to the guy who met us and it turned out that they had changed the address on us to E Pender, about 10 mins away. This new place was a dump. Someone was living there, in the basement. The kitchen sink was full of dishes and bathroom full of his stuff. Bedroom was clean enough for us to stay there (we saw no bed bugs) but in the morning there was a huge spider on bedroom wall. It cost over $300 but was worth maybe $100. I would not recommend unless you cannot afford something better. The night we stayed, there was a big concert on and the PNE, so hotel prices were inflated.

This is not a hotel. You are renting a room in someone else's home. If you want you own space and privacy then this ain't the place for that

I had a very difficult time finding the house in the dark and an even more difficult time finding my room. The manager was very helpful but I was unaware that I had to share a bathroom with another guest.

I do not recommend this accommodation. When I arrived at the address provided, I was told to go to a different address. However, when I arrived there, nobody was expecting me and no one answered the door. I understand that I arrived at around 10 p.m., but I had been communicating through the chat and received no response at all. I later found out that my actual accommodation was at the same address as the one listed in the original advertisement, not at the different address I had been given in the message. The information provided to me was incorrect, and no one was available to communicate or help resolve the situation. It was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. I also found out that I was not the only guest who had experienced similar problems. I do not recommend this place. I hope the owners will reconsider their approach to communication and provide guests with clear and accurate information, especially regarding check-in and the address.

my room was not the one shown in the photo, nowhere in the booking does it specify that it is shared accommodation. both me and the other guest that were staying there had no idea, and she had her daughter with her and intended for her to stay in the room i was staying in. can’t communicate with the staff as they don’t speak english well. facilities are small and not well kept. shower was dirty. not impressed and i do not encourage anyone to book here. i left the property early and booked elsewhere
