Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer - der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die nicht wirklich schalldichten Fenster. Tolles, serviertes Frühstück mit sehr netter Bedienung. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an die Mannschaft an der Rezeption- besonders Roberta und Daniele- Wir hatten selten ein so nettes Team am Empfang- immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren begeistert! 5 Sterne + !

They were doing renovations and failed to tell us until the day before we arrived which is really naughty and when we asked we were told only just agreed. For a hotel it takes a lot of planning and doesn’t just happen ! How daft do they think we are !!!! It was noisy, the hallways smelt of paint, it was an assault course getting down the hallways with no signs of where the wet paint was and it was noisy. Staff were lovely and helpful and hotel itself and was in the perfect place to explore the City.

Ottimo personale, molto disponibile e cordiale. La stanza non era molto grande, ma funzionale e pulita. La posizione dell’hotel è centrale e perfetta per raggiungere tutto a piedi in pochi minuti. A colazione non era presente il buffet: era possibile ordinare cibo e bevande esclusivamente tramite menù. Consiglierei assolutamente la struttura e ci ritornerei molto volentieri. L’unico suggerimento è quello di aggiungere un piccolo buffet oltre al servizio su ordinazione.

This is a great place to stay in a great location! All the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is really delicious. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant and bar downstairs is nice and convenient! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a quick overnight stay in Valencia and the Marques House was the best spot to take advantage of their fabulous location. The breakfast was outstanding, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the strong smell that came from the lobby. It seems to have been covered up by a very strong perfume, so that added for a double odor. It may have had something to do with the outside, but it was a bit off putting in the lobby area. The room, however, seemed fine. Great location.

Air conditioning in room didn't work. Was quite hot, interfered with sleep both nights. Complained about it three times. Hotel staff said they were working on it, but it was never fixed. Would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.
