We really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property! Check in was very easy, and the cabins are beautiful. The beds aren't the most comfortable but that's a personal opinion. The main lodge where the breakfast was, is decorated nicely. Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast, but sufficient and very nicely set up I would love to come back here again- but maybe when it's not so hot, as there is no air conditioning!

Spectacular scenery, helpful and very welcoming kind staff, private, pet friendly. Breakfast was a special unexpected treat, homemade cookies and granola and wonderful grain bread, very nice coffee too! Lots of on site activities and easy drive to two small towns for the basics and exploring, we hope to be back!!

Poor Value for the Money

Great scenery, staff friendly and helpful. Amenities were lacking. When one pays 4-5 star prices, you expect more than 1 star amenities. I.E. Kitchen sink was just a bar sink, super difficult to wash dishes. No counter space. No portable fans (30 degree weather when we were there). Mattress was beyond worn out.

Three night stay as base for exploring surrounding area. Office staff we interacted with were lovely. Ranch is quiet and peaceful. Bbq and kitchen in suite allowed us to enjoy meals at our leisure each evening. Local wildlife added to the colour!

Very picturesque location. I like the remoteness of the site. The cabin was comfortable although the running toilet was unfortunate. However the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, the back porch had a lovely seating area with a BBQ and the living room was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful after hours and that was appreciated. The bedroom was also comfortable, dark and quiet. Had a lovely walk around the grounds and down to the river. Very calming. Enjoyed my stay. My only regret was that I was there for just one night.

The cabins are stunning, yet the site is plagued by mosquitos, so you have no option but to stay indoors unable to explore the surrounding nature. The lodge boats a movie collection to make up for that, but the movie player didn't work. As a consequence, we had to change our plans on the spot and spend the day somewhere else, only to return to the cabin for sleep. In the end, the beauty of the cabins had faded away and our stay went sour. I can't call this resort a scam but it borders on one.

Location remote but beautiful mountain views! If you are ok with poor cell service, but wifi works. With nearby river, quite obscured with trees from our cabin. Access to river can be improved. Cabin in good condition. Kitchen tools well stocked. Fridge can be bigger if you are staying a few days, esp the freezer part as grocery/ restaurants are 30 mins away. Bathroom big, generous toiletries. Toilet not well- cleaned / older, but ok in general. Beds comfortable. Lots of storage area. Nice extra items like gameboards, lamps in room. Excellent game room options in main lodge. Mosquitoes manageable. We brought our own coils. We just wished the restaurant was open, and that breakfast options were better. They do have coffee, tea, toast, cookies, eggs, fresh fruits which is still appreciated. Staff warm and friendly. Great stay overall 😊

Super resort i fantastisk smukke og rolige omgivelser. Hytterne er i rigtig fin stand og rigt udstyret. Ejerne og personalet er så søde så man tror det er løgn! Eneste minus er at der ikke serveres aftensmad så her skal man sørge for at købe ind så man selv kan tilberede det. Men også hér excellerer ejerne ved at sende en mail ud et par dage før ankomst om at man skal huske dette.

Die Blockhütten waren super ausgestattet. Es gab ein einfaches kostenloses Frühstück. Wir haben in der ruhigen Gegend sehr gut geschlafen. Auf der Terrasse war auch ein Grill vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
