"The hotel was lovely and modern, well maintained, spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location suited us really well with central Madrid being within walking distance and a Metro station close by. We felt our room was a bit on the small side for a superior room and found the washhand basin being outwith the toilet somewhat unusual. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, but be warned, drinks at the bar are expensive - a Hendricks gin and Sprite cost us €16.00."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Its best attribute is the location as it is close to everything. The consequence of this is that it can be hard to sleep due to crowds outside. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for a 4 star hotel and to avail of one would cost 5 euros per night rent! The breakfast was good, nice selection and the staff work hard to make sure that everything is replenished. I wouldn’t recommend the bar or the restaurant. The food choices are too heavy and too limited. The bar is also rather antiquated in regards to its choice. There was a free gift of tapas and a drink. I would have preferred free water, instead it had to paid for from the mini bar. The check in was of a high standard, the check out was poor. There was no interest in how the stay was or helping guests onto their next destination. Stay for the location (which you will pay a lot for) not the service or amenities."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful at my arrival and departure. This hostel is in such a great location - near all the art museums, train stations for short and long distances, and at a walkable distance from so many must see places. Felt comfortable and safe with how secure the building was. The room was the prefect temperature given how extremely hot it was outside. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again"
