"The lobby had a strong unpleasant odor that resembled rotten eggs, and our roon had bad sweat odor perhaps from people who stayed before us or the hotel staff that cleaned it prior to our arrival - which was disappointing given both the price point and the reputation of this hotel brand. The rooftop space is excellent, and the location is undoubtedly one of the property's biggest strengths. However, beyond those highlights, the overall experience was fairly average. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep, it will do the job, but there are several better and more affordable options nearby that offer greater value for money."

"We were in a Gold level room which basically makes it an all inclusive kind of experience. We didn't need to go out to eat at all; they provide breakfast, substantial food for the evening as well as snacks, deserts and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel hall is kind of old, lots of carpets but do no smell bad. The Room was small but ok for 3 people. Bathroom in a small size as well. The restaurant downstairs had a good meal and nice staff. We were with our little dog and everything went well. So, overall I would say it was what I was expecting."
