房間非常之污糟，房間隔音很差，多次投訴不果。 清潔工人清潔房間兩人在隔離房間不停聊天，十分滋擾！ 前台人員服務態度，check in 與 check out 的態度完全不一樣！ 提供表演十分滿意。

雖然房間離大廳遠，住宿客人多，等check in和街車去房間都很久！但是裡面漂亮和可愛的馬都照顧得很好，讓遊客們親近和欣賞，就值回票價了！

スタッフの質が低い

フロントで英語が出来るのがほとんどいない。インターナショナルホテルを名乗っているのなら、もっと英語教育すべきではないか。 有名な観光地(博物館)までのバスの行き方を聞いたが、回答が来るまで かなり待たされた。ある程度のグレードのホテルなら、主要観光地までの行き方位押さえておいて欲しい。 レシートを欲しいと言ったら嫌な顔され、渡されたレシートも時が薄く非常に見辛い物だった。レシート渡す位普通だと思うのだが。 部屋までの道順が迷路のようにややこしく、何度も迷った。 部屋自体はきれいだった。 一番印象に残った事は、スタッフの質の悪さです。それなりの料金を払っているので、もうちょっと質を上げて欲しい。
