Its very central. Theres a lift to all floors. Large breakfast terrace room has great views on three sides. Good enough breakfast. Lovely type of sourdough bread. Reception was mixed. Arrival receptionist was not welcoming at all, very perfunctory. The lady in the daytime was extremely nice but had very little English. Nobody had much English! Lovely central place to be, and easy.

Overall Rating: 6.5/10 My stay at this hotel was below expectations considering its overall rating above 8, which I find misleading. Luggage Assistance: No help was provided with bags upon arrival or departure. Noise & Insulation: The rooms have very poor sound insulation, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms was disturbing. Air Conditioning: There is no proper air conditioning system. Instead, a swamp cooler is used, which is insufficient and does not cool even a quarter of the room space. Elevator: Only one elevator is available, and it is very slow, making it inconvenient during peak times. Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited and do not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating. 📌 In summary, this hotel does not justify its high online score. While it may meet the needs of some travelers, my personal experience was disappointing, and I would not rate it higher than 6.5/10.

Şöyle ki şehrin merkezinde yer alması dışında hiç bir özelliği yok. Kahvaltı kötü, çay kötü, koridorlarda sürekli çalışanların yüksek sesi (bazen tartışmalı). Ekmek kutusu plastik bir kutu ve hiç temizlenmediği belli üstünde katran oluşmuş. Plastik tabaklar kullanılıyor kahvaltıda. Merkezde olmasının dışında oda ısınıyor ve sıcak su akıyor bunlar iyi olan şeyler. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi dışında gülen yok. Otopark soruyorum Beyfendiye yarım ağızla cevap veriyor. Velhasıl barınma dışında hiç bir özelliği yok.

Siteden odayı seçip ödememi yaptım gece saat 23:30 civarıydı çok yorgundum, otel arayıp oda boş değilmiş kusura bakmayın dedi, ödemeyi geriye yapmadı. Ardından ısrarlarıma rağmen ödeme bir sonraki gün eksik bir şekilde yapıldı, bu tip olaylar turisttik bölgelerde odaları başkalarına fazla ücrete verdiklerinden dolayı, insanları mağdur ediyorlar, o gece başka otel bulamadım maalesef.

whitestone hayal kırıklığı

1 gece konakladığımız whitestone hotelde akşam 10da giriş yaptık çarşaflar sırılsıklamdı. Durumu ilettiğimizde yoğunluktan ıslak serilmiş olabilir denildi bilerek böyle serilmiş olduğunu anladım, banyoda su çok soğuktu yoğunluktan sıcak su bittiği söylendi. Ayrıca oda 4 kişilik aile için çok dardı.

Otel konum olarak iyiydi, yeme içme mekanlarına yakındı. Otopark sorunu yoktu, hemen yaninda otopark bulunuyor. Fiyat olarak da makuldu. Odalar sıcaktı, üşümedik. Ancak odaya ilk girdigimizde deterjan kokusu ile karşılaşmış olsak da çarşaflarin temizliginden pek emin olamadim. Carsaflarin uzerinde yapışmış kıllar vardi. Bu tip durumlara hazirlikli oldugum icin kendi carsafimi yanimda tasiyorum, kendi carsaflarimi kullandim. Oda cok genis degildi ama 1 gece kaldigimiz icin fazlasina ihtiyacimiz olmadi. Banyo-tuvalet temiz gorunuyordu. Kahvaltisi yeterliydi.

Otel cok merkezi bir konumda. Acik bufe kahvalti cok iyiydi. İsinma süper di. Odada ketil cay kahve mini buzdolabı vardı. Dolap mobilyaları çok kötüydü sadece :) dokunsan yikilacak gibi. Bizim icin sorun yaratmadi ama daha kullanışlı olabilir. Tatilimiz super gecti. Teşekkürler

Otel temizdi , muadillerine nazaran daha uygun fiyatlıydı. Kahvaltının fiyata dahil olması güzeldi. Kahvaltıda güzeldi. Sadece tek kötü tarafı oda müşteriye kötü balkonlu oda istedim ekstra 500 lira fiyat istediler ama saolsunlar yardımcı oldular o konudada. Birde yerden ısıtma var dediler bizde bebek olduğu için bi tık yetersiz kaldı ısıtma başkada bir olumsuz yönü yok.
