Harika 3 gece 4 gün yaşadık. Bütün çalışanları personelleri güler yüzlü. Kızımın bir sözünü iletsem yeterli olacaktır memnuniyet için. " Anne burada çocuklara da çok önem veriyorlar." Restoran personellerinin güler yüzü ilgileri, yemekleri, müzikleri her detayı harikaydı. Temizlik çok güzel. Sadece kış ayında havuzlu oda tercihinde çocuk için havuz ısısı yeterli olmamaktadır. 28° yasal olan ısıymış. Ancak çocuğa soğuk gelmekte. Yetişkinler içinde görecelidir. Ama çok keyifli bir ambiyans. Tekrar geldiğimizde konaklayacağımız adrestir. Herkese teşekkür ediyoruz.

Otelin mimarisi, her odanin farkli sanatsal dizaynı hayranlik uyandırıcıydi. Resepsiyonda Osman ve Atil Beylerin her işimizi kolaylastirmalari, her firsatta sunduklari ikramlari; komi Doğuş Bey'in sessiz guleryuzlu yardimlari ve ozellikle restauran sorumlusu Fatma Hanim'iin bize kendimizi kral ve kralice gibi hissettiren nazik davranislari otelden ayrilisimizi guclestirdi. Kapadokya'nın en iyi oteli.

Otelde 2 gece konaklamak için geldik, normalde check-in saat 14.00 da yapılıyor ama otobüsümüz 7de vardığı için bizi sabah bekletmeden rezerve ettiğimiz odanın bir segment üstü odaya fiyat farkı almadan geçirdiler. Misafirperverlikleri ve ikramlarından bahsetmiyorum bile. Özellikle restoran bölümünde çalışan Fatma Hanım'ın ilgilisi ve nazikliği gönüllerimizi fethetti, çift olarak ilk tatilimiz unutulmaz bir anıya dönüştü, teşekkür ederiz. Oda tasarım, dizayn, temizlik, minibar, puanımız 10 üzerinden 11.

Otel yeni bir otel. Odalar temiz ve hijyenik. Her yönüyle çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan Osman bey, restoranta bize hep yardımcı olan Nisa hanım bu küçük seyatimizin mükemmel geçmesinde çok büyük katkı sağladılar.

Spesielt og fint hotell i et rolig strøk. Store rom, fine bad og gode senger. God og variert frokost. Mustafapasa er et lite landsted, men kun 5 km frå Urgup, der aktiviteten og tilbudet er mye større. Fint utgangspunkt for fotturer i området. Betjeninga er hjelpsomme ved bestilling av utflukter.
