Best part of our trip!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was away from the crowded conditions in Goleme but still situated amongst caves and with a beautiful view of a cave castle within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the restaurant had great food and the staff were very helpful. Loved it!!!

More than a stay, it's an experience.

Words cannot express what a wonderful place this is! As fellow hoteliers, the amount of care, hard work and meticulous attention to detail that went into creating every aspect was not lost on us. Rooms are all spacious and absolutely beautiful. Food is delicious. Service is warm and personable. The experience you have here far exceeds the price point. We stayed 4 nights but could have easily stayed a week. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

Staying at this cave hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, warm hospitality, and the unique charm of the cave rooms. The architecture beautifully blends tradition with comfort – our room was cozy, spotless, and full of character, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and helping us arrange balloon rides, tours, and transportation. Breakfast was a daily treat – fresh, generous, and served with breathtaking views. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main sights. You will not be disappointed

This was an amazing hotel. The view from hotel property were gorgeous, the staff were so helpful from booking to check-out. The provided breakfast each day and the dinner (we paid for) were all delicious. The staff provided great insight on the area and gave great ideas On what to see, do and where to eat.

Perfect Cappadocia Stay

From arrival to check out one of our best experiences. Warm welcome, beautiful property, stunning views and double upgrade available during our checkin. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, aiming to provide the best possible guest experience. After spending three weeks in Europe and one week in Istanbul at top hotels including The Four Seasons and Hilton Bomonti, Haden Cave Hotel tops the list with its service and comfortable suites. Breakfast was great and nice wine selection for afternoon unwinding at anyone of their beautifully furnished terraces. Highly recommended, away from busy tourist area, but close enough to everything in the region.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were still offered beverages and given cookies when we were shown to our room. The weather was quite chellenging during our stay. The hotel worked tirelessly to get us scheduled and re-scheduled on several activites. They did a wonderful job of scheduling a private camel safari, a private ATV tour and balloon rides. Our experiences on all 3 were amazing! My son had a birthday on a night we ate at their excellant restaraunt. I asked for a good dessert suggestion. Instead, they went out and bought a cake from a local bakery. It was one of the best displays of service I have ever seen. This hotel has beautiful views and was near by all of the attractions while being a little bit outside the crowded tourist area. Our room was wonderful and housekeeping was very good as well. I would love to stay here again!

Luxurious hotel, outstanding staff, great views

My first interaction with the Hezen Cave Hotel came after the booking and my messaging with Mehmet the Manager of the hotel he was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, and he helped organise a shuttle car service for when I landed at the Nevsehir airport, to provisionally book a balloon ride for me. The conversations made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in booking the Hezen Cave for my stay, I had decided to spend the 7 days of my entire trip in the region to rest, relax and explore the region of Cappadocia and find out more about Turkish culture on my first trip to Turkey as a solo female traveller. The area of Ortahisa and the Hezen Cave Hotel and its people proved to be an excellent choice for me. I was so impressed with the attention to detail of the hotel, the owners have created such a luxurious space, the interior is beautifully designed and the ambience is one of comfort and ease. The room I stayed in was described as standard, however, there was nothing standard about the room! it was gorgeous, from the hammam-style bathroom, the small private terrace, to the cave interior, I slept so well, and it was lovely to wake up in lovely surroundings. The staff was so hospitable, such a great group of people who were so kind and welcoming, who provided service with a smile, and they were constantly ensuring that all was well with me, I will remember their warmth for a long time – though I am planning a return trip!
