This was an amazing property with great customer service BUT when we arrived at our room, it seemed someone had already been there. There was food left in the room and wet carpet by the bathroom. Also the hand soap and shampoo had one a little bit which was inconvenient once I took my kids inside the shower and it finished. I had to use my own shampoo. This was supposed to be a suite I paid for and it was not well serviced before we got there. The customer service people are very nice but don't go on their promise. Very great place and very great accommodations, especially the pool and it being close to the beach.

Excellent, modern hotel.

Excellent hotel, along the main road, with pool and on the beachfront. Secure, level, parking in front of hotel with security guard. Very handy for our motorbike. Lovely receptionist who spoke very good English. Big modern rooms. Would definitely recommend as a stopover.

Staff and reception staff were nice...but as soon as we walked in the room all we could smell the whole time is urine have no idea why and how to stop it,we were tired and checked in at night. Sprayed the room with deodorant to mask the smell but the urine/sewage smell was too strong first thing in the mor ing had a shower went down for breakfast (it was ok) didn't wanna go back to the room or use the toiler.I actually used the lobby floor toilet rather than our room one...and checked out early..it was very disappointing. I would never go back there sorry.

Resepsiyonist çok ilgili çok güleryüzlü karşıladı, en güzel odayı verdi. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Oda temizdi ancak ortak alanlar, koridor, asansör, lobby, spa, havuz alanları temizlikten sınıfta kaldı. Havuz havlularının tümü, 2 günde 8 adet kullandık, yırtık, delik ve ömrünü doldurmuştu. Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı, restoran temizdi. Genel olarak beğendik. Ama havuz,spa havluları kesinlikle yenilenmeli, ortak alan temizliğine çok daha fazla özen gösterilmeli.

Öncelikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel gibi değil. Daha temiz ve kaliteli 2-3 yıldızlı otellerde konakladım. Otelde çeşidi ne olursa olsun yemek yememenizi öneririm. Çiğ bir etten daha kötü pişmiş et gördüm. Pizzaları yenilebilir buldum ancak geri kalan ne yediysek çok kötüydü. Alkol çeşitleri iyi. 3 kişi, 3 yataklı odalar 2 kişilik havlularla donatılmış. Giriş günümüzde park edecek, aracı bırakacak yer bulamadık, kapıda karşılayan kimse de yok. Koyduk kapılarının önüne. Ben bu kadar büyük bir isimden bu kadar kötü hizmet beklemiyordum açıkçası. Masaların, ahşap her şeyin üzerini ne ile silmişlerse mukoza gibi yapış yapış rezaletti. Daha ne kadar gömülür bilmiyorum ama abartmadan yazdım ve yorumladım.

temizlik ve hijyen tedbirleri konusunda gelişmeye ihtiyacı var. Odanın lavabosu tıkalı kat personeline söylememize rağmen hızla çözülmedi. Kahvaltıda tüm servis ortada idi. Herkes ortak servis araçlarını kullandı, kolonya, kolonyalı mendil yada el antiseptiği bulmanıza imkan yok, tabağınızı masaya bıraktıktan sonra lobideki lavabolara kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Diğer otellerde banko arkası personel istediğimiz yiyecekleri tabağımıza koyarak bir çok riski bertaraf etmiş oluyordu. Burada göremedik ne yazık ki, ayrıca havuz, havuzun bulunduğu alan, lobi ve odalar Ramada adına yakışır şekilde temizlenmemişti. büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ile ayrıldık.
