It looks like its going to be a great stay upon arrival. It has the potential to be great. Check in was good, employees were helpful. However the room wasn't very clean. The pull out mattress had a visible stain on the sheets, finger prints all over the mirror, dirt all over the floor when you walk in and the plumbing situation was terrible. Slow draining tub and toilet. Pool was great, breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine was down, the juice machines pumped out water, cinnamon rolls were still frozen, no milk for cereal. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip, and this one we paid the most for and 2 of the less expensive ones were better

Good hotel with minor issues

The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean however The bathroom sink trap needs to be cleaned out in room 405. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. Also they ran out of juices for the morning breakfast. Otherwise the stay was great,
